Check in Employee was Inviting and a Good Friendly Vibe to start off the Stay!
Room was clean and refurbished with updated furniture and design. Hotel was packed but not Noisy. Staff hanging out at the Main Front Entry outside bench was not a good look for the hotel.
Would recommend for a Safe and Quiet place to stay. Ooh and Deer come out at Dusk and dawn in the back area by building next door.

A masterclass in how NOT to run a hotel. An embarrassment to the Hampton name
This has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — and I genuinely don’t understand how this property is allowed to operate under the Hampton name.
The problems started immediately. The bathroom was unacceptable: the tub had what looked like dried bodily fluids on it, a very obvious ring around the basin, and visible dirt sitting in the toilet. Not a minor oversight — unmistakable filth that no one performing even the most basic cleaning could miss.
There’s a giant sign at the front desk promising a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but that guarantee is meaningless. After a terrible night of sleep thanks to the flat, lifeless pillows, we made a very simple request before leaving for the day:
We did NOT want the room cleaned.
We did NOT want the bed made.
We ONLY wanted:
• fresh sheets,
• fresh towels,
• and the trash taken out.
That’s it. The bare minimum.
Instead, my husband was handed two towels and a set of sheets and told to change the bed himself. When we returned later, we found a trash bag hanging on our door handle — the trash inside the room was untouched. No one entered the room. No one attempted anything. No one even tried.
Their excuse? “Housekeeping only comes every other day.” Then, when that didn’t hold up, the story suddenly changed to, “Oh, you had personal items out.” None of this was communicated, none of it makes sense, and none of it explains why they couldn’t even take out the trash when we explicitly requested only that.
Had I wanted to do my own housekeeping, I would have booked an Airbnb — not a hotel that charges hotel prices while providing zero hotel service.
And the issues don’t stop there. The entire first floor reeks of weed. This is supposedly a non‑smoking hotel, yet it smells like someone just smoked a bowl in the hallway. If you’re going to enforce a no‑smoking policy, enforce it. If you’re not, don’t pretend you do.
Even the outside of the property is neglected. The parking lot is full of deep, unavoidable potholes that make it feel like you’re driving through a construction zone. It’s clear the hotel hasn’t invested in basic maintenance — inside or out.
I normally tip housekeeping generously, but after being handed a trash bag like I’m supposed to service my own room in a hotel I paid for, there will be no tip. And as if all of this wasn’t enough, when the bath runs, the shower leaks.
This stay has been one disappointment after another. Hampton Inn should be embarrassed to put their name on this property. I would not stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects even the most basic level of cleanliness, honesty, or hospitality.

Avoid this Hampton Inn!
Easily the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. An embarrassment to the Hilton name. The hall stank of marijuana smoke and the room was unclean. Shabby all around. Noise all night.

This hotel needs a complete refresh. The carpets are old, stained, and DIRTY. We were in our room barefoot and had to wash our feet and put on socks since our feet were black from dirt. There were no lightbulbs in some of the fixtures. One elevator was not working. There were stains in the bathtub/shower that should have been removed. While we reserved a King bed, we were given a double queen, and still had to pay for the King rate (despite being Hilton Honors members). We normally stay at Hilton Hamptons, and were very disappointed with this one. We will never stay there again.

This hotel has a lot going for it. The rooms have been recently refreshed, the interiors are modern, the rooms are spacious, there’s plenty of parking, and the location is quiet and convenient.
Unfortunately, the maintenance and cleanliness are extremely poor. The room had a musty smell, the carpets were dirty and clearly not vacuumed, and even the AC had an unpleasant odor. We had to buy a room freshener as soon as we checked in. Walking barefoot left our feet dirty, and the bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Even the towels had a strange smell, and one of them had hair on it.
Housekeeping is only done every alternate day, which is disappointing for a Hilton property charging around $150 a night. Since we were only staying for two nights, we specifically requested the front desk to have our room serviced while we were out. We were assured it would be done, but when we returned, only the towels had been changed the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. The reception staff also came across as quite indifferent and didn’t seem concerned about resolving the issue.
Overall, this hotel has potential because of its renovated rooms and quiet location, but the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and indifferent service make it feel far below the standard you’d expect for the price. Definitely not worth the money.
