Awful Experience
If you like a filthy room dirty lobby worthless staff broken promises this is the dump for you to stay.Even if you reserve a room for a meeting in advance..its not what you get when you arrive....WARNING,,,this is NOT a place you would want to stay..better safer in your car than this nasty dump,

Basic hotel
When this place was booked, we were just looking for a place to sleep and clean up. That’s about what we got. Room was clean The bed was comfortable. However,, there was no shower curtain and only one set of towels. At 6 30 AM, we didn’t bother to call the front desk for the curtain and more towels. We turned the shower towards the wall and showered anyway. Even then, there was still water on the bathroom floor.
The “breakfast”was a joke. At 7 am, there were two bananas, dry cereal
, milk and juice. We were glad we had things in our cooler we could eat.
When we arrived at 11 PM, there was a guy standing front the front doors that looked like a night club bouncer. When he saw us, he went inside. We were surprised to see him behind the front desk. There was a young woman working the desk. He went in to the office. I assumed he was the night manager. He was very unprofessional in his appearance. He was wearing a tank top, shorts, ball cap and covered in tattoos. At a budget hotel, I wasn’t expecting to find staff in uniforms. But I also wasn’t expecting g to see someone dressed like that.

Do not stay here!
Shame on Red Lion Hotels!
This location has deteriorated badly! Our room had no towels, no pillow cases, barely any hot water at the sink, a microwave that couldn't be plugged in, disconnected room phone, and no coffee for the room coffee maker.
In the morning there was no coffee available in the "breakfast buffet" room. "I don't have access to the coffee machine", said the guy at the front desk.
Our room key stopped working at 10am, check out is 12 noon. Ice maker in the hallway was broken, the next closest one that worked was behind a locked hallway door. Seems like they close and shut down sections of the hotel.
The restaurant that is there has been red-tagged by order of the Fire Marshall. This includes a Do Not Enter order for the restaurant, bar, laundry, conference rooms, kitchen. This order is taped to the front door of the hotel, dated June 19, 2021.
Apparently there was a wall collapse and the repair was done incorrectly.

BED BUGS and careless management
Bed bugs in the room.. when we notified the front desk of the bed bugs they said we were lying and didn't even bother looking in the room. Now my wife has WELTS all over her body from this dirty room. I have been trying for days to get the manager on the phone but she will never call me back since she's never around.
I have filed a complaint with the corporate office since I can't handle it locally.
I wouldn't stay here if it was the last place available. Horrible experience.

Thank you for taking the time to rate our hotel and explain your experience. The room was thoroughly inspected and no bed bugs were found. Also, the room was rented out, with no further complaints. I want to assure you that we are thoroughly investigating this claim and that although we have not found any evidence of a bug infestation, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that nothing is missed. I want to assure you that we respond promptly to pest alerts with expert extermination services and also treat to deter pests on a regularly scheduled basis. We take this business very seriously and assure you that management has taken all the steps to make sure that all the rooms are clean and our ultimate goal is to make sure each guest had a comfortable stay. Again, thank you for your time and feedback. We sincerely hope you will give us another chance to provide you with superior service and accommodations on your next visit

Worse hotel ever stayed in.
No water to shower. Water at bathroom sink was a trickle and took forever for hot water to get there. There was old food in mini fridge. Not particularly clean. Whole building looked run down. Don’t stay here.
