Idyllic location
So happy to be here! Found some bargain last minute flights on Monday to fly Thursday then looking for accomodation in Lassi - there was not much availability close to Makris Yalos beach and our favourite place, Simatos was fully booked. Then Constantinos apartment was available on booking.con and they have absolutely the best location for us. Steps direct to beach. I wake early and am able to enjoy a cuppa with the fabulous view then go down for a run along beach, swim in the sea and pop back for breakfast and watch the day unfold while partner has a lie in. I also love having the bedroom window open (midge screen down) and hear the sound of the waves lapping the shore to lull me to sleep. Idyllic!
The bed is comfy although springs are a bit squeaky on my partners side . Kitchen is well equipped in general but only one teaspoon. Some welcome drinks provided on arrival which were appreciated. Bathroom has a shower with curtain but enough space that it doesn’t cling to you. Grouting not pristine but all clean. I had hot water for shower last night but partner didn’t, so maybe all used up . Lovely big terrace to eat or sunbathe on free sunbeds and our apt had a covered area for shade ( which was also useful when it rained so we could sit and read outside).
On the beach, Constantino provides his white sunbeds for €10 per pair per day to his residents which is cheaper than usual €20 elsewhere so a good tip to use them if you can.

Amazing!
What a lovely apartment with everything you need. Very clean. Right next to the beach. Serving lovely food & drink below at the beach bar. Including Prosecco! :-) Will definitely return! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

This room saved our trip
On our honeymoon, our trip plans changed unexpectedly and we were really disappointed with our change of plans. Luckily we were able to book at room at Constantinos Apartments by Makris beach and it saved the rest of our time in Kefalonia. We originally stayed in the downtown Argostoli but the vibe of this area was so much better. The room was great, the airconditioning was the best on our trip and the view of the sea was unbeatable. It's 10 seconds to the beach. Costa's was an exceptional host taking care of us and letting us leave our bags for one last beach day before our late flight. Thank you for your kindness. We highly recommend staying here.

Friendly, Perfect Location, Great Value
I stayed here for a few nights before travelling on to Zakynthos.
My taxi from the airport was 20 Euros and was arranged by someone at the apartments. He was waiting for me when I landed and the journey only took 15-20 mins. I was greeted on arrival and shown around the place.
The apartment was basic but clean and comfy. The large double bed was very nice and the shower was great.
The best thing about these apartments though is the view. There is a shared balcony which is nice as you can meet the neighbours but the view across the Med is just beautiful. There are a few steps down to a snack bar (run by the same friendly family as the apartments), then a few more down on to the sandy beach.
Just a few minutes walk up the road/lane is the main street of Lassi with many bars and restaurants. There is also a decent supermarket 5 mins walk away.
This is a perfect apartment for a relaxing stay at a bargain price.

Fantastic and Romantic Stay
I stayed here with my husband from 26-29 May 2018 and had one of the best holidays ever. We arrived earlier than the check in time and were allowed into the apartment which we greatly appreciated. For the price we paid I expected the apartment to be smaller than what it was so it was a pleasant surprise. The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a very nice, personal touch. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard and the towels were of nice quality. It had a powerful shower with constant hot water. To have our own balcony with stunning views really helped make the holiday feel romantic. Having the cafe right there was a real bonus and Stavros and his bubbly female worker (sadly we didn't get her name) made great salads and kept us stocked up with beer and wine! There are two supermarkets five minutes walk away.
The beach was clean, stunning and the water stayed very calm. Sun beds to relax on and another connecting beach with a restaurant further down to split the day up. In the evening it was a 10 minute walk to the main strip of Lassi with numerous restaurants and bars. I recommend getting the Bailey's ice-cream cocktail from Trentis Bar, all cocktails five euro until 10.30pm! Argostoli, a five minute cab ride, has a beautiful harbor and definitely worth a trip to see the turtles.
We couldn't fault anything with the stay and would like to thank Stavros and his family for everything they did for us. Calling taxi's, looking after us, and for Costas letting us shower to freshen up as we had an evening flight.We wouldn't hesitate on recommending this place and we are hoping to go back again later in the year.
