It is a really nice surprise to find friendly places like this hotel to stay your night after a long day traveling.

They cancelled our room the morning of our arrival!

They informed us that they were unable to give us our room on the same morning that we were due to check in although we had booked 2 weeks in advance. They claimed that it was due to unforeseen circumstances where the previous tenants couldn’t check out. They put the four of us in a double room and didn’t even give us a better price for it. They tried to make up for the inconvenience the next morning at breakfast but they charged us as usual without offering us any sort of discount for the inconvenience. It is a shame because the facilities are quite nice.

value for money

Excellent hotel, the owner helpful, the place in the middle for many excursions/archaeological sites. river, beaches,all were perfect...I definitely would propose to anybody to choose this hotel for vacations

Excellent Hospitality

Διαθέτει πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια, φιλικότατο προσωπικό με λογικές τιμές, με όμορφη διακόσμηση και βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του οικισμού Καναλάκι. Διαθέτει επίσης πλούσιο πρωινό με φρέσκα προϊόντα. Επισκεπτόμαστε τον Αχέροντα εδώ και 4 χρόνια και η εμπειρία μας σαν ταξιδευτες είναι ότι το Aheron Hotel είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή διαμονής στην ευρύτερη περιοχή.
The Aheron hotel represents the Greek hospitality providing very clean rooms, friendly crew and reasonable prices with nice and modern decoration. The breakfast includes all you need and everything is freshly cooked.
We are visiting Acheron river since 4 years and from experience, Aheron Hotel is the best accommodation that the area can offer.

Kleines beschauliches Hotel mit super Service

Vorneweg, wir sind begeistert, ein tolles Hotel in Kanalaki. Alles gut zu erreichen, tolle Strände mit glasklarem Wasser und in der Nähe zum Bummeln Parga. Das Hotel ist einfach nur toll. Schöne renovierte Zimmer und Badezimmer, alles super sauber, ausgestattet mit LCD Fernseher, Klimaanlage und Safe, genug Platz in den Schränken. Das Frühstück ein Genuss, alles frisch, leckeres Brot, Wurst, Käse und selbstgemachte Marmeladen. Eine Portion Rührei wird frisch zubereitet und hat die Größe des größten Tellers, den man finden konnte. Ein ein Sterne Hotel, wo sich manches drei oder vier Sterne Hotel hinter verstecken kann. Gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen, Quelle von Acheron oder wie erwähnt von Parga. 100 %Weiterempfehlung, Wahnsinn schöner Urlaub in Griechenland. Das Personal phantastisch.
