Fairly ok accommodation

It's a vibrant area with live outdoor life, so you hear the noise all night, but nothing that bothered me anyway, you can go out and party or eat something good.The lady was friendly and the room was quite ok.

Attachment NOT recommended, description incorrect at TUI. Kavos loud only something for night party fans, many construction ruins

The METAXA apartment complex is NOT recommended. There are
● No SWIMMING POOL belonging to the property, the photos are from another hotel 50m away,
● No car park or parking space, which I would have needed, however, because I had already rented a car in Germany. I had to park the vehicle in public about 10 minutes away. That was problematic, as Kavos is a total party mile with a lot of drunken young guests,
● no RECEPTION in the complex, consequently no possibility of inquiry, a TOUR DESK or LUGGAGE STORAGE. Alternatively, there was no “blackboard” of either the hotel or the TUI.
● no RESTAURANT belonging to the complex with breakfast possibility (!), no MINIMARKET, and the other described “offers” were also not available.
However, I was significantly affected by the noisy “party environment”. Even at night I felt bothered by grumble and drunken guests who were looking for a way home from the neighboring karaoke bars.
● Towel change not performed within the stay of 7 days,
● No cleaning of sink and toilet (no disinfection) performed within the 7 days,
● Cleaning floor (wipe through) only done once, although it was often necessary to

Cheap apartment

The stay in Metaxa Appartments was good. The rooms were cleaned every day but towels were changed only after 4 days which is not acceptable. It is a good accommodation for the money you are paying. The pool is in nearby place but can be used.

Very nice and cheap accomodation

We stayed in Metaxa Appartments for 5 nights. Everything was very good. The lady who cleamed the rooms came every day to make the beds, wash the toilet and the floors. The only negative thing is that they didn't changed the towels until the last day. It is a very good accomodation for the money they ask for. Cleaned, comfortable bed and good wifi. The pool from the images, as it is written on the accomodation announcement is from another villa, but you can use it whenever you want between 9:00am. and 20:00pm.

The picture with the swimmingpool are not the appartments!!

The picture with the swimmingpool: the appartments are not the one you stay in!! Your appartments are further in the street in another complex, much less relaxing!! The appartments are in the back of a restaurant and next to a Greek restaurant: twice a week there was loud music and screaming people. Are you coming for a relaxing holiday: don't go here. You will get clean towels after 4 days.. There is no reception for your questions. We asked for 1 bed for 2 persons, we got 2 seperate beds put together. Pillows where not comfortable, the bedcover contained blood spot, mattresses where good.
