Perfect
We had an amazing stay at Pancratium Villas & Suites in Santorini. The views of the caldera were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.
The breakfast served every morning was fresh and delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always happy to recommend places to visit and restaurants to try.
The peaceful location in Akrotiri was perfect for escaping the crowds while still being close to the island’s main attractions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend Pancratium Villas & Suites to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Santorini. We can’t wait to come back!

Very good
Without much surprise, a very beautiful location with a lovely view. Our hosts were always available. A charming couple who always have a smile. Nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness, housekeeping came every day, and towels were also changed every day. A quiet and discreet place. The island being small, it is perfect for exploring, and the village is charming. Decent breakfast with coffee, orange juice, bread, fresh cut fruit, yogurt, one homemade product per day and various cakes, waffles, mass-market jams, but there is a selection. We found the breakfast to have a bit too many industrial products. The pastries were really very sweet and of low quality.
For people taking the queen-size bed room, the toilet location is rather cramped, wedged between the wall and the shower partition.

Felt like family from the first day.
We spent 12 days at Pancratium Villas and it turned out to be one of the best stays we've ever had. We felt lucky from day one to have found a host like Martha, along with Leftheris, who welcomed us with such warmth and made sure everything went smoothly for the entire trip.
What surprised us most was that from the moment we arrived, Martha sat down with us and walked us through the best spots on the island, hidden viewpoints, places to eat, things most visitors would never find on their own. That kind of genuine, personal guidance is rare, and it completely changed how we experienced Santorini.
Breakfast every morning was another highlight, fresh, generous, and different enough each day that we always looked forward to it. Paired with the view over the caldera, it was the perfect way to start each day, honestly hard to beat.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully put together, the kind of place where you immediately feel settled and comfortable. Every detail felt considered, nothing was left to chance.
Santorini is beautiful on its own, but staying at Pancratium made the whole trip unforgettable. Martha and Leftheris don't just run a beautiful property, they make you feel genuinely looked after, guiding you like a friend rather than just hosting you. We'll be back, and we recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking for the perfect Santorini stay.

A little piece of paradise on the caldera
When you stay at the Pancratium you feel at home from the moment of booking. Martha is an exemplary and exceptional hostess. All the rooms of the Pancratium overlook the caldera and as soon as you open the door/window it gives you a priceless start to the day; there are also rooms with Jacuzzi that we did not take by choice but if you can, take it!
As soon as we arrived Martha and her husband Leftheris welcomed us with a big smile. Although we arrived before check-in time and wanted to leave only our luggage, we had the opportunity to have the room shortly after and in the meantime Martha gave us a lot of useful and interesting tips about the island that we heard and that left us very satisfied.
Breakfast was varied and every morning dear Leftheris was ready to prepare eggs for us! Clearly you do not expect a banquet because the structure is small, but there was a variety of sweet and savory and everything was delicious: from Greek yogurt, to various types of desserts, cold cuts, bread.
Martha was always available by phone if she was not present in the structure and we never felt abandoned indeed, always pampered! Every morning while we were having breakfast they changed sheets and towels.
It is located in Akrotiri so far from Imerovigli, Oia etc. but you can reach the whole island easily and is in a perfect position because it rests divinely without chaos.
Thank you Martha and Leftheris for giving us the opportunity to stay in this little corner of Greek paradise. We recommend it to everyone and if we return to Santorini, we will be happy to come back to you!
