It’s a scam to attract customers who proudly state that they have kitchen facilities and say that if they go, they’ll be fined for using the kitchen.
If you post "We have facilities," it means you can use those facilities.
If it says it is air-conditioned, it means you can use air conditioning.
If you post that you have kitchen facilities and you are not allowed to use the kitchen, it is an act to attract customers by fraud.
I told hotel staff to revise the information posted. Other guests were also angry. Despite this, we have not fixed the listing yet and continue to attract customers.
In addition, the inn has many demands on guests.
・Attach your own futon sheets
・You are instructed to clean the sink
・If you don't date the items to put in the refrigerator, the hotel will throw them away on its own, but the guests should prepare pens and paper
For its part, the hotel attracts customers with scams and offers services that you would not expect from a regular hotel, such as:

・You can drink tea even though you have tea
For staff use only, guests must not drink
Even though the price is reasonable, I got the impression that the hotel would not do what they normally do, while asking for detailed rules and burdens from the guests.
Overall it was quite uncomfortable and very unimpressive.

If you’re coming to Almaty I don’t recommend you to stay here
the reception to ask about the locker, housekeeping ladies were there and said that I should just leave a deposit for the locker and the money would be returned to me later. So payment or deposit? In the evening I returned to the hostel, this guy was again and I asked him this question, he thought about it and said with a grin that need to make the payment. Well, apparently he runs his own business on lockers. I came into the room, things were lying on my bed and another man was standing with dirty feet, shifting things from my bed to his own. I told him that this is like my bed, to what he said: so what? Here is my stay in Almaty.

Accueil arrogant et désagréable. Je déconseille d’y séjourner.
A ma demande de me passer le numéro de sa directrice ou manageur - elle a répondu que non et pour que j’aille me plaindre sur les réseaux sociaux. Bon ben, ok, c’est fait :)
Nous avons réservés 2 lits dans le dortoir via booking et finalement annulé devant la personne en question, a cause de son accueil dégoûtant. C’est ce que je lui ai expliqué en directe.
Mais elle avait l’air de s’en foutre complètement, donc nous sommes partis.
Je ne conseille a personne de rester dans une atmosphère pareille et aller chercher un autre endroit pour passer votre séjour.
