The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally accommodating with our requests and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was good as well as there were a lot of different food to choose from. The hotel is next to a Carrefour and shopping malls. Perfect for those looking to stay in Nairobi.

Staff are friendly; Good location; Good breakfast; Good Laundry services.
No slippers and no umbrella to guide the guest before reaching the car.

Outstanding service

Nice dining experience.
Excellent service from Rahab,she
recommended kung pao chicken with cashew nuts and Fried rice on the side.
Will be back with friends. Not forgetting the nice cocktails from Abel.

Home ways from home

Very kind and helpful staff.
Treated us well after a hectic and exausting long night travel arriving in the .onring before.
1. Staff members Alfred and Yvonne at reception and other staff members in the canteen were very helpful did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
