More days spend in Bintulu and lodging
Cons
- No private parking. Open car park but was convinced safe security on guards at night.
- My room no window on new block but doesnt matter only spend 5 hours to sleep at night.
- Not much of restaurant to eat apart from the hotel cafe and also chinese restaurant in front of the hotel if you need some beers.
- Loud music although you have a room without window. 3 karaoke, 1 bar and massage center. Loud music but no crowd
- wifi available but dont give too much expectation.
- although less than 5 min drive to towm but felt likr far away
-if you not fit you better ask for 1st floor if not you will be in trouble and hard breathing to climb up to 2nd and 3rd floor
Pros
- i was given new block. Room consider clean. Towel new, i like the rain shower !!!
- i was surprised with the rate i pay less RM100 it provide 2 breakfast. During my stay they open a buffet line since its fullhouse so a bit messy when i was the 1st person to go in but its ok. Thank you for breakfast.nice touch
- restaurant clean and food serve simple but acceptable.
- 24 hour shop just in the same premises. So in case you hungry you can buy for snack
- i book online through booking.com so felt safe that my booking available and trusted

Smoking room with dirty floor, wall and bedsheets
To our surprise, during third visit, we are being given an awful smoking room (no. 821). We requested to change, given another room (no. 926). We stepped into the room with unpleasant scene of dirty floor, walls and bedsheets!!! Please see the attached photos as prove!
We are being given another room which suppose to be non smoking room. Yet, the room with cigarettes smoke.
No housekeeping at night to clean the floor and bedsheets. Furthermore, we are tired to change room for third time!
We will definitely not coming back to this inn again. Think twice before you book here.
