The location is fantastic and so is the apt. Having a washing machine is a game changer on a longer trip.
Check in is fine once you have the app and find the apt. Idk why but Uber and Google Maps take you to “1B” frognerveien, not “1”. You want the door between the amusingly named b-strd burgers (it won’t let me write the whole name, you’ll see it) and the Indian place. The keypad is to the left. It’s easy to miss. I only figured it out thanks to reviews describing it, so here’s another description!
Bed is super comfortable. The balcony was the best feature.
Down the street is a Meny grocery store which sells prepared meals to go and has a salad bar and sushi for takeaway.
The place is above a few restaurants and bars. I would shut the windows if ppl got loud and it was fine for sleeping. You need the blackout drapes in the summer.
Sometimes ppl at the Indian restaurant smoke outside and it comes up to the third floor. I would shut the window when that happened and it was fine, but fyi!!

No real complaints about the actual apartments, but I reserved two apartments in the same reservation, under the same name and for some reason was assigned apartments in two different buildings. Traveling with family, it was pretty inconvenient to be separated that way.

The apartment does not have air conditioning. During our stay, temperatures were around 30°C both outdoors and indoors, making it impossible to cool the apartment down. With the windows open, there was significant noise from the outdoor seating areas just outside until late at night, making it very difficult to sleep.
The area was also affected by noise from trams and buses, as well as street cleaning several nights a week, garbage collection early in the morning, and road maintenance during our stay. While these issues are not necessarily the property's responsibility, they had a significant impact on our sleep and are useful for other guests to be aware of.
The kitchen extractor fan ran continuously and could not be switched off, so we ended up turning off the circuit breaker at night in order to sleep.
The bed sheets and duvet covers were also so slippery that they constantly came loose from the mattress and duvet. We had to put them back in place every day.
On several occasions, the hot water ran out after only a few minutes of showering. Even several hours later, there still wasn't enough hot water to wash the dishes.
For a longer stay, it would also have been beneficial to have at least one cleaning service, especially for the bathroom. The hallway and common areas also appeared to be poorly mantained throughout our stay.
The apartment is in a good location, but unfortunately these issues made our stay significantly less comfortable than expected.

The room is exactly how it is presented in the photos. We were experiencing extremely hot conditions and the fan and opened large windows kept us comfortable. You are staying in the city so there was some noise from the street, but it was expected.

Good location, close to the city centre and just a minute from a tram/bus stop.
Nice and clean with good amount of space in all parts of the apartment. Good kitchen, although there were some essential things missing, like an oven mitt and a kitchen towel.
The room was hot and humid, felt like there were no ventilation except the windows.
The beds were decent, but the pillows were possibly the worst I've ever encountered. Night stands would've been nice, had to use the dining chairs instead.
When showering, LOTS of water spilt out into the rest of the bathroom.
The Wi-Fi was down for the whole three days we were there, which meant we couldn't even use the tv since it was connected to the internet. Luckily there was a free Wi-Fi from somewhere nearby we could use.
All in all decent, but lacking.
