Meals are a satisfying inn in the morning and night, and the view from the room is the best on both the Pacific and Seto Inland Sea sides

The odd-numbered rooms have a view of the bridge on the Seto Inland Sea side, but the setting sun is dazzling. Even rooms have sunrise on the Pacific side. The parking lot is the first in front of the building and the second if it's full as it fills up quickly after check-in time (but you can go up and down the stairs to the hotel, so drop off your luggage and people at the front door first). Welcome soft drinks are available in the lobby. Wine from Kimura Sommelier recommended for 500 yen. The room has everything you need, but there is only one charging USP and only other outlets. Free Wi-Fi is also available. It is convenient to register the holiday villages because they have the same PW. The safe is locked, and I can use it more securely than a PIN. Amenities are in the lobby except for the toothbrush. There was also a yukata with a pattern to choose from.
Dinner can also be enjoyed in conjunction with the sunset time. Additional dishes are also available, and we ordered white wine to go with the live turban shells (serves two to four), and the sommelier, Kimura, explained it to us carefully. Don't miss out on this special Mont Blanc! The Awajishima Coffee Milk that I was out for breakfast was nostalgic. There is no gender swapping in the public baths, and the views of both the inner and outdoor baths are the best on the Seto Inland Sea side. The hair dryer in the public bath was a rifa. There is time for discounts at the kiosks on weeknights, but it is better to buy first if you want to attend the hotel's Starwatching event. Starwatching took a turn to look at the planets (Jupiter in this case) with a telescope after stargazing.
It was not a luxury hotel, but it was an inn with good hospitality service.

Nice Resort

Tried onsenbad for the first time at the hotel and it was a great experience. The evening buffet was good with many different dishes.

Front desk response

I arrived early so I went to the front desk to ask if I could check in early, but the male staff member's attitude was so bad that I felt bad from the start. He didn't seem busy and I was just asking normally, but he didn't even look at me. Why did he treat me like that? I've never been treated like that even at a business hotel. I came from far away and paid a lot for the best fugu course, but I won't go again. The view from the open-air hot spring was so nice, so it's a shame.

It was on a hill and had a great view

It was my first time on Awaji Island, but I had a very meaningful time there.
The hotel is on high ground, so there was a great view.
The quality of the spring water in the bath was good, and the view from the open-air bath was very relaxing.
The food was a buffet, with a wide variety and colour, so it was fun to choose as well as eat.
I thought it was great that the welcome soup, rather than a welcome drink, was made with onions, which is very Awaji Island-like. It was so delicious that I bought some at the shop.
I would like to use it again if I visit Awaji Island again.

Don't give me the wrong reservation route. Check it!

After checking in and showing my Q card, the man at the front desk confidently said, "You cannot use this for reservations made through Rakuten Travel." Maybe I'm a bit timid, but I thought, "I see, I've had cases where I wasn't able to get points before because I used a different route, was that the same thing this time?" and somehow I was convinced.
After dinner, did they realize it when they made the invoice? I got a phone call in my room and they said, "We made a mistake." What the hell! That's such a confident way of saying it! Are you kidding me!
