The room was nice and comfortable, the staff were really helpful, and I also loved the automatic kiosk where it was possible to buy some light meals. But the best ting for me personally was that the room was really quiet. Every time I travel, I go for hotel where it says that the rooms are sound proofed, but there is still always some noise to be heard, either from neighboring rooms, from scraping of chairs or from the outside. Here, the only things I could here were a door closing from time to time. Apart from that it was totally quiet!

The hotel feels new and clean, room was big enough with good temperature even while it was hot outside. Only bad rhing about the room was the poor water pressure in the shower and that the drain barely worked.
Breakfast was not as good as other Sokos hotels where I have stayed, very small selection with hardly any veggies and no fruit even if it is marketed as healthy. The seemingly homemade bread was the only redeeming thing. While at breakfast the fire alarm went off and staff just continued working without informing any of the guests about what to do. The alarm kept blaring for 10+ minutes so we went to eat outside.
Also not too happy with the self service checkin since the machine was about to charge me even though the room had already been paid. Luckily staff was close by and helped sort it out.
Overall a pretty good stay, even if hotel management definitely have things that need fixing.

There is not real air conditioned so do not believe that the rooms come with air conditioning. They are kind of temperature controlled by a general system with the most you can adjust degree or two. Also the bedding is not premium grade it is the standard normal.

There was no actual reception at the hotel just a guy with a laptop trying his best to help arriving customers to log into the ”computer reception”. Hotels.com had not provided us with the very essential booking number so we couldn’t log in automatically. The guy had to sign us in manually. So fix this critical problem NOW!
