We are aware of the situation that arose on the terrace during your visit. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. Long waiting times and the tone of service are matters we continuously pay close attention to.
May Day is an exceptionally busy period in Helsinki, and on that particular day our terrace was extremely busy. Nevertheless, service must remain appropriate in all situations.
