To flee
I didn't like the fact that the photos don't really match the accommodation.
There are equipment of the description missing such as dishwasher or oven.
The washbasin cabinet doors are broken.
A strong cigarette smell was present in the accommodation.
The closet in the studio was dirty and wobbly.
The mattress was stained and other things....
We arrived at the accommodation and decided for our well-being to leave and look elsewhere on our own as Booking did not wish to do so despite our calls and supporting photos.
The owner did not wish to refund what we find dishonest.
We are very disappointed with this experience as we have booked accommodation elsewhere at similar prices with other more conscientious owners and much better quality accommodation.
