Poor quality of bedding
The sheets are not clean I found yellow spots on the bed is very uncomfortable.
It is quite noisy, in the evening, the walls are not thick. So when people go back to their rooms, he slams the door, it makes a lot of noise.

Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience.
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre le confort de la literie n’ont pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.
Nous mettrons une touche particulière du retour des housses propres et nous allons sensibiliser notre équipe ainsi que la blanchisserie externe. La qualité et l’hygiène sont pourtant des priorités absolues pour notre établissement.
Concernant le bruit, nous comprenons parfaitement que cela puisse impacter la qualité du séjour. L’isolation phonique peut effectivement varier selon la sensibilité de chacun et le comportement des autres clients. Nous réfléchissons continuellement à des améliorations pour limiter ces nuisances.
Nous aurions sincèrement apprécié être informés durant votre séjour afin de pouvoir intervenir immédiatement et vous proposer une solution .

The welcome of KARINE and her team is just excellent.She is always at our service and very available. Cleanliness is always there.
The breakfast is full varied as well as organic products.
SKI lovers can come on WEEKEND to enjoy the STAIONS nearby;

Bad experience
143 € for one night I find a little expensive for the hotel that it is first in the bathroom at the water pressure no bath but not with any cork and breakfast let's not talk about it we had coffee it was water it was not even coffee the food really not great we will set foot there again

J'ai bien pris en compte que vous ne pouviez pas mettre le bouchon de votre baignoire qui est remis en réception. Je vous ai offert deux petits déjeuners, où votre époux m'a remercié, et notre échange a été très cordial.
Mais de là à dire que la nourriture n'est pas terrible... Et bien notre boulanger qui apporte de la viennoiseries et baguettes fabrication maison qui est arrivé à 6h00 du matin chaude ... Que le café c'est de l'eau .. il faut prendre l'expresso si vous souhaitiez un café serré .. Et non pas un café long qui est plus doux. Ou bien venir nous le dire , car nous étions juste à coté de vous et cela aurait été un plaisir de pouvoir vous remettre un café plus fort , la communication permet d'apporter une légèreté en nous.
