A very nice clean modern hotel with friendly staff, 10-15 mins walk from the old town. Has public a car park next door (with EV charging points) which is useful , and you can purchase a ticket through the hotel.

Very nice and new hotel! The rooftop is excellent, the rooms are very well equipped and parking is super easy!
It’s a 15 minutes walking distance to the restaurants in the touristy city centre, but we also found very nice real French places nearby on Rue de Mars, which served really great food and had more of a nice vibe.
The nice green area between Boulevard Foch and Boulevard Joffre is an amazing place to stop and take a cooling break with kids, to play in the small shaded playgrounds or the water fountains.
For a 4 star hotel in champagne I would have expected a bigger selection of champagne options on the bar menu, which would be my only recommendation for improvement.

Two night stay
Stop off on our way back to the UK. Initially not impressed with the location but less than 10 minutes walk to local bars, restaurants and food hall. 20 minutes to the cathedral which is stunning.

Good for one night.
The hotel is not in the downtown area; you have to walk quite a bit.
No storage space in the room to place your clothes.
No fridge in the room.
The room is really very small, but the bedding is excellent.
The breakfast is ordinary, nothing exceptional.
No parking directly at the hotel; there is a public parking lot further down the street.

Nous sommes toutefois désolés que certains aspects de votre séjour n'aient pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. Notre hôtel est situé à environ 10 à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville historique, un emplacement qui permet de profiter du cœur de Reims tout en bénéficiant d'un environnement plus calme.
Concernant l'absence de réfrigérateur dans les chambres, ce choix s'inscrit dans notre démarche environnementale en tant qu'hôtel labellisé Clef Verte, visant à limiter notre consommation énergétique. Afin de préserver le confort de nos clients, un réfrigérateur partagé est mis gratuitement à disposition à chaque étage.
Notre établissement dispose également d'un partenariat avec le parking public CPA République, situé à quelques mètres de l'hôtel, permettant à nos clients de bénéficier d'un tarif préférentiel avec des entrées et sorties illimitées pendant 24 heures.
Enfin, nous prenons bonne note de vos remarques concernant les espaces de rangement, la taille de la chambre et le petit-déjeuner. Les retours de nos clients sont précieux et nous aident à poursuivre l'amélioration de nos prestations.

We had a very slow check-in which was exasperated by the excessive heatwave! However, the hotel team were very good and gave us a gift and an apology for the trouble. It's often how the problem is addressed rather than the problem itself, so I congratulate them for that. Nice coffee cafitiere in the room, steamer and good tea.
