The best hotel in Qatar, thanks to Mr. RADIK, YANEEL,BASHEER,JULIUS and everyone who i met
I had brought my own cake and flower petals, I was completely speechless when I opened the room door. The bedroom and living room had been beautifully decorated with balloons, rose petals, a lovely cake, and thoughtful anniversary messages. I honestly couldn’t believe a hotel would do something so special as a complimentary surprise.
A heartfelt thanks to Yanil at Reception for upgrading our room , he is the brilliant of the reception. He will treat you as his own guest and will check everything personally. I never seen such a professional like him. Super kind and sharp minded. I had booked my stay entirely with Marriott Bonvoy points, yet I was treated like a VIP Titanium Elite guest from arrival until departure
I had ordered a cake, but the message on it was incorrect. Basheer from the Concierge team personally took it to the pastry kitchen, found the pastry chef, and had it beautifully corrected with exactly the message we wanted. He is justna lifesaver and Julius kindly assist me to the room with all my heavy bags and even helped arrange my personal decorations.
Thenrxt morning, We even arrived for breakfast at 10:57 AM, just three minutes before it ended. Despite that, the breakfast team welcomed us with a smile, prepared everything we wanted without making us feel rushed, and even surprised us with a thoughtful gesture at the end. It was completely unexpected and made our morning even more memorable.
Even before our arrival, the hotel stayed in touch through chat to make sure every request was fulfilled. At check-out, although we left about 30 minutes later than the scheduled time after requesting a late check-out, nobody rushed or disturbed us. We felt genuinely cared for until the very last moment. I'm super impressed.
After returning home, I even called the hotel just to learn the names of the Concierge team and Jalil kindly helped me with great warmth.
Finally, my sincere appreciation goes to Mr. Radik, the General Manager, for building such an exceptional team. Every single person—from Reception, Concierge, Housekeeping, the Pastry and Kitchen teams to the Breakfast staff—showed not only outstanding professionalism but genuine kindness. Luxury is not just about a beautiful hotel; it is about people who make you feel special. Thank you for giving us an anniversary we will never forget. The best hotel in Qatar, 100 out of 10 ❤️
