Vị trí hoàn hảo, cực kỳ sạch sẽ và chỉ cách khu phố cổ một quãng đi bộ.
Cristina rất dễ thương, rất tận tình và tốt bụng. Thông tin liên lạc cũng rất tuyệt vời. Phòng cực kỳ sạch sẽ, máy lạnh tuyệt vời và giường rất thoải mái. Địa điểm này là địa điểm hoàn hảo cho cơ sở ở Braşov. Các liên kết giao thông ở ngay gần và mọi thứ khác chỉ cách bạn một quãng đi bộ. Chúng tôi đã có một kỳ lưu trú thú vị và chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu cho những người khác. Địa điểm nhỏ xinh ẩn mình giữa con phố yên tĩnh.

Ok cho một biệt thự
Biệt thự là ok cho một khoản trợ cấp. Vị trí là tốt. Nhưng không có tủ lạnh trong phòng và tầng thứ ba không có thang máy; đặt phòng là một canh bạc như bạn có thể kết thúc như tôi trên tầng thứ ba và phải mang theo nhiều hành lý vợ tôi và mới sinh cần thiết trên cầu thang.
Threre cũng không có cách âm, vì vậy bạn có thể sẽ lắng nghe những người hàng xóm trong phòng cho đến tận đêm khuya.

Ước gì tôi có thể ở lại lâu hơn
Vị trí tuyệt vời gần bến xe buýt và Khu Phố Cổ nhưng rất yên tĩnh - không phải trên một con đường thích hợp.
Sạch sẽ vô nghĩa.

Great Location, Welcoming Staff
Fantastic views from our terrace in room #21. Loved the easy and pleasant walk down to the old town which felt safe and well-lit at night. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Parking is a little tight; we were glad to have a small rental car. Our room was not super spacious, but fine for the two of us with our small bags for one night. The room had all the basics we needed, an ample bathroom, and the large terrace which we were able to enjoy with a cup of coffee made in the shared breakfast room.

I would stay there again
A great place to stay, I definitely recommend. We booked a suite with terrace for 4 people, there were two rooms with two single beds in each and a big bathroom. We stayed for 6 nights and the rooms were cleaned several times during our stay. All the towels (a big one and a small one for each person) were also changed. The bed linen was always clean. There is enough furniture for 4 people to put their stuff there and there was a small fridge and some glasses. Wi-Fi was good. The view from the terrace is quite nice and there is enough space on the terrace to actually dine there :) The street is quiet, so we were not bothered by traffic noise at all (also, no pubs or night clubs in close vicinity).
As for the bus connections, the location is great. Livada Postei bus stop is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and from there you can take a bus to about anywhere you need. The centre of the Old Town is a 10-minute walk.
The kitchen, which is not really a kitchen but a dining area, is on the first floor. You can always find some tea bags there (mostly herbal tea), coffee, mineral water, cups, plates, cutlery, napkins, etc. You can’t cook there, though, as there is no cooker or oven. There is a microwave, a toaster and an electric kettle.
The people at the reception were very friendly, tried to help us with everything (bus/train schedules, useful websites, etc.).
I would single out only two things which were not 100% excellent:
- Sockets. There could be more of them and the existing ones were not very reliable as they… were coming out of the walls) You pull the plug of your device and the entire socket somewhat comes out) But it was the same in two other hotels we stayed in (in Brasov and Bucharest), so, I guess, it’s a local thing.
- The staff was mostly absent at the reception to the point that nobody checked us out, we just left the keys on the table and left :) On the one hand, it was OK, because the staff made sure we didn’t want for anything and the atmosphere was homelike. On the other hand, if you have a question to ask, you will probably have to contact them online or call them or come to the reception in the morning. My advice also is to let the staff know your time of arrival in advance, so that there would definitely be someone to meet you.
