All-inclusive stay Neptune on the Black Sea

We stayed in standard double room formula All-inclusive, with small shower,NO coffee-tea making facilities,NO kettle. There is only 1 outlet between the two beds, also asked room with double bed, and were two separate. On the balcony 1 chair with table. Minibar present but completely empty. NO locker. Check-in only 18 hours and start formula All-inclusive. Shower and hand soap is in bags, really dirty. At the pool you have free sun loungers, but NO sun cushion or NO ray sheet. Cocktails included, but must compose yourself. Beach is secluded ,has to walk via Lake Neptun, pay everywhere for sun lounger with pillow and umbrella and can only pay for full day, price from 7:00 to 19:00 from Mon to Thu. 50 lei and thu. see you. 60 Lei. Too bad you can't get a discount from the hotel out. The food was tasty and daily change. Halta Neptun train station is located about 17 min on foot from the hotel. Here you can take train to Constanta and Mangalia. We stayed in block 1 with rooms only accessible by stairs. If you want rooms accessible by elevator we recommend more expensive room.

Very nice staff and memorable moments !

Happy to share with you the fact that the staff of the hotel makes the difference. I am a frequent client of the hotel and allwasy suited our needs as a young couple : nice swimmig pool indoor and outdoor, buffet food, quite and clean superior doube room and excellent service.
My parents are choosing allways to spend the summer holidays at 2D Hotel. They allways spent quality time vacation and enjoyed excellent services.
The hotel staff was amazing when they surprised my parents with a complementary gift for their 50 years marrige aniversary.
It is a suitable hotel for young couples, families with children and seniors.

Not the best you can get at this price. The bathroom is too small. The TV is too small also and you have no enough Stuffs(one in the room and another one in the bathroom).Also we had no balcony and just one nightstand.

Good hotel for a short stay

We had 2 nights and the room was small. They allow pets but you have to pay for it! The breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is good. The location is very good close to the lake in Neptun. The parking lot is large but under capacity.

Functional rooms with air conditioning and close to the beach and town

Good:
The hotel is well situated closed to beach and to main street. For the money you pay you get your basic functional room with air conditioning. It also has outside and inside pool, this is very nice if you have some rainy days.
The beds are comfortable.
Breakfast is very good.
Less good:
The bathroom sink is small and the bathroom lacks shelves or place to put your cosmetics and stuff. The shower overflows sometimes, but less than in many other hotels in this category.
We had no balcony, so absolutely no place to dry out beach towels.
