The room is clean, a bit far away from the shopping area.breakfast not much selection. It is a very small hotel.

Excellent stay , hard to park if you have SUV it possible. Very comfortable and clean room and the best breakfast that we had traveling for a month over the Europe .

At first the hotel seemed fine and reasonable. But then the problems (issues) appeared. The first day we discovered that the TV is not working. When I reported it someone from the Reception came to sort it out, but did not succeed, but they promised to give us a different room next day. However, that room did not have a fridge. What is more, they claimed that the Hotel was not obliged to provide one!! Even 3 star hotels usually have a bar fridge, let alone the one that claims to be a 4-star hotel! It was hot and the middle of summer, so we missed having a fridge in the room, where we could keep cold drinks - or even just water. The Hotel staff explained that we could always go to their bar downstairs, and order drinks!! My wife and I are elderly, and have some medications to take regularly. However, there were not even glasses in the room for that purpose. Furthermore, when we complained that we had just one hand towel for two of us, we were told that these were the Hotel rules! We are not sure whether to blame the staff or the hotel "rules" for such inappropriate situation.
Finally, around midnight of the second day, we were woken up by some terrible noise of the furniture being moved in the next room. After it lasted for about 30 minutes, I contacted the Reception. Only to be told not to worry as it was just the cleaning staff doing their rounds! But, I protested, was it the time to do it noisily around midnight? The answer came: Well it is better now than around 2am...

It's actually an apart hotel and no discussion about 4 stars - still, acceptable for 1 night

It does not really look like a hotel. Most probably it was transformed into hotel from something else. The place is clean but absolutely not a 4 star hotel. I have asked for a room with a double bed but received 2 beds side by side, the pillows were very uncomfortable, the furniture does not fit to a 4 stars location, some towels were too much used, the bathroom is hardly acceptable for 3 stars, you can here all night long the water flowing thru pipes, you can here everything what is happening on the corridor, where sometimes smell food, I get a room in the attic for more than 60 EUR that seems for me too much for what they offer and the parking is dedicated only to really skilled drivers. It's incredibly crowded
