Great Experience
Absolutely amazing experience! I went with my office colleagues, and we loved every activity from start to finish. The hospitality was outstanding, making our time even more enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Not recommended at all
Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money
Check-in time was at 5.00 PM, and this was my first visit to a place of this nature, so expectations were reasonable. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the very beginning.
The swimming pool closes at 6.00 PM and reopens only at 9.00 AM. We went to the pool at 5.50 PM, yet we were informed that it was already closed. With such a late check-in time, this completely deprived us of using the main facility.
The Wi-Fi was not working at all, which is a basic service expected at any accommodation today.
When we requested a hot coffee, we were served a very cold drink that could not even be considered coffee. This clearly reflects the lack of attention to service quality.
The food was very average, with only three menu options and very limited variety, making it poor value for money.
The room was extremely small and poorly designed. The commode is placed in one corner of the room, while the shower is located at the opposite corner, which is completely impractical. It is difficult to understand how such a design was approved.
Most concerning was the fact that there was no water supply for more than one hour. Water is a basic necessity, and the inability to provide water to any room for such a long period is unacceptable.
Overall, the service was very poor, facilities were inadequate, and the experience did not justify the price charged.

Food-safe or hygienic practice, and could pose serious health risks to guests
During my visit to this hotel, I noticed staff refilling hot soup at the buffet using plastic ice cups. This is not food-safe or hygienic practice, and could pose serious health risks to guests.
I have attached a video here so others can see the issue clearly. Hotels should follow proper food safety standards, especially when serving large numbers of people.

DO NOT Waste your Time Money and Hapiness
We were really disappointed with the service. WhiteMoon vanished our whole evening :(
Before we go to the WhoteMoon, manager confirmed we can use the pool until 6PM, but when we reached the hotel at 5PM, manager said pool is closed due to a broken glass is inside the pool. So we changed the plan with sad.
Before we visit to the hotel, management said we can enjoy until 1AM. But once we reached there they changed the words and ask us to finish at 11PM. So we had to find another place to continue the party.
That should be the worst food I have ever tried in Sri Lanka. Quality is too bad and portion size is too small which is not worth for money. They take nearly 1 hour to serve a single order. We ordered 3 Chicken Kottu and we received Egg Kottu. When we ask about that they said its a kitchen staff fault and they agreed to change the bill to Egg, but final bill had Chicken.
Restaurant manager was rowdy and no one is responsible for anything. Even the directors were not answering manager's call to resolve the problem that we faced. After we paid our bill, staff was keep asking us to pay the bill again and again.
I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. DO NOT waste your time and your happiness.

Nice place
Nice place and food was food..cheese pasta was superb.The restaurant looks beautiful. Great value for money. Staff was Friendly and very helpful.There is swimming pool it was clean.overall experience is good. A perfect place to have a gathering .Hope to visit again.
