The hotel makes for a decent budget option. The rooms are a bit small but with the bunk bed so sleep four. If you have more than two large pieces of luggage space will be tight.
The beds and pillows were on the hard side for our personal tastes but we sleept ok.
It was rather warm during our stay, over 27 degrees C. We kept the windows open and, while the staff provided a fan, it was still warmer than we were comfortable with. Four bodies in that room generated quite a bit of heat.
If you're on a budget and need to be close to the lake and/or town, this is not a bad option.

Ghost services.

This place is just horrible.
Expensive, noisy, cramped, no parking, no elevator; to be avoided by people with reduced mobility.
Expensive for the services not rendered.
Television without cable antenna.
Heat pump on the client's balcony.
Read ALL the reviews before booking if you want to avoid troubles, inconveniences, shortcomings, and especially arguments.
Contact the local police, who are very well informed about these unscrupulous and thieving hoteliers.

There was no staff at the reception- had to wait for a long time to attend to us.

Do not stay at this hotel

Extremely unprofessional staff, I have stayed in this hotel two times. The first time was passable, however, the second time our room was unlocked and opened at 11:30 pm at night, they proceeded to tell us that there was a mistake with the booking and they were unaware that this room was occupied. The next morning they told us it was our fault because we had made a mistake with the booking, without even asking for our booking confirmation email, I proceeded to show this and then they answered with another excuse. During check out we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for a refund, partial refund or compensation for the way the situation had been handled, they offered us CHF 2. This hotel should not be supported

Tourist trap, incapable staff and not at all professional! Plus they don't speak a word of French. I don't

I stopped for a coffee, at 3:30 p.m. the coffee machine was already cleaned! So I order at the bar of course because there is no service on this beautiful terrace with a beautiful panorama, a lemon tea of course there were no lemon slices. The personal not a word of French and moreover not professional, a hell of a tourist trap. Poor Quai de Villeneuve, and I won't comment further. I wouldn't go back there again
