Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your reservation, subject to the applicable cancellation policy. Security Deposit A security deposit is required prior to check-in and must be paid via bank transfer. The deposit amount varies by property and will be communicated at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages, missing items, or additional cleaning requirements are identified by our team following your stay. Please note: security deposits are collected via bank transfer not by credit card. Bank transfer details will be provided following your booking confirmation. Card Pre-Authorisation at Registration Upon check-in, a pre-authorisation of $0.01 (one cent) will be placed on your credit or debit card to register your card on file. This is standard practice, similar to how hotels secure a payment method at the time of check-in. Please ensure you have a valid credit or debit card available at registration. This pre-authorisation is not a charge and will not be debited from your account. It is held as a backup to allow us to attempt card recovery should any damages or additional costs arise that exceed the security deposit held. Cleaning Service This property is not serviced like a hotel and regular housekeeping including daily cleaning and linen changes is not included during your stay. If you would like to arrange additional cleaning services, these are available upon request for an additional fee. Basic Amenities A basic starter pack will be provided, including several single-use items to get you started: tea, coffee, sugar, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions as these will not be replenished. Noise and Party Policy This property is located in a residential area.
