Thank you for a pleasant stay! My daughter and I liked everything
Nice pleasant hotel! I just returned from a vacation in Truskavets. It took me a long time to choose, I had a lot of items, because... I was traveling with my little daughter, 4 years old. Thanks to the hotel staff, we had a wonderful week! I took an economy room, on the 9th floor, I was absolutely satisfied with everything, clean, beautiful, repairman, view from the balcony - everything was super! What my child remembers most is the huge soft bed and the beautiful elevator))) The dining room is great, it was very tasty for us, the girls are smart ♥️, sometimes I even took it to my daughter’s room if she didn’t eat during breakfast/lunch. It’s convenient that there’s a buffet line and a good selection, but it’s not a restaurant, but everything is great! I liked the location of the hotel, all the cool locations are nearby - a park, a pump room, a forest, a square, cafes, a dolphinarium. Special thanks for the discount at the medical palace - we spent a day in the spa pool for only 520 UAH. Our trip cost 100 dollars, including breakfast - I think it’s just super!!!!! Thank you Vesna Hotel, we will be back!

Very bad
Check-in went well, the room does not match the picture on the website. It’s very cold, damp, the bed is stained, the pillows are old, knocked down, it’s impossible to sleep. The sofa is broken, there is no mattress, the drain in the shower is clogged, the pressure in the shower is weak, washing your hair is a problem. The shower is nothing but inconvenience, there is no shelf for shampoo, everything needs to be held in your hands. The general room is dirty, clothes get damp in the room. The buffet style food does not match at all, everything is tasteless, translation of products. No variety in food. Everything that was not eaten and not drunk in the morning is laid out for lunch and then for dinner. Sour cream, milk, mayonnaise, jam, everything is diluted with water. In general, there is zero waste production in the kitchen.
I liked the location and the park.
In general, we are very unhappy and will not come here again.

Old fashioned recreation complex but close to curative water Naftusya!
Please don't expect high rate service and high rate accommodations.
It is average recreation complex, old fashioned.
Usually it is occupied by pensioners who receive all inclusive package - age allowance for staying there.
But if you need treatment and do not come there just to have fun and relax, enjoying night life and disco, that is normal place and not expensive.
Especially recommended if you have problems with stomach or kidney . Water from Truskavets ( so called Naftusya) is a miracle, that removes sand from the kidney and purifies your body.
Don't expect English speaking staff there. Also don't expect buffet style table all day round.
You 'll receive three course meal, diet version, it means that everything will be boiled or steamed with prohibition for smoked, roasted or fried food.
Such diet suited me perfectly , the only thing that I lacked - fresh fruits and vegetables. Every day I bought them on the local market.
The room was ordinary with balcony without fridge, hair dryer.
I was there two years ago and I don't think that something changed since that time.
Come there if you want to be cured by water Naftusya but don't come just to enjoy .

У кого аллергия на пылевого клеша и хлорку -лучше выбрать другой отель!
Все терпимо за свои деньги но на второй день начались ночью приступы астмы, я аллергик , везде очень очень очень сильный запах хлорки, спала с открытым балконом чтоб хоть как-то дышать. Пыли очень много , подушки на пуху , клещи пылевые присутствуют 99%.
Приходится съезжать в другой отель .
Завтраки хорошие-голодным не останешься и вкусно.
Отель весна пожалуйста не нужно столько хлорки -здоровые люди станут асматиками. И пыли очень много в номерах

Да,фасад и внутри отделка полная совдепия,но есть очень достойные номера!
Мы жили в номере с повышенным комфортом. Там свежий европейский ремонт,было чисто. Номер небольшой,но все необходимое есть. Ванна чистая,при заселении забыли положить туалетную бумагу,но очень быстро решили этот вопрос. Питание в столовой-бомба! Хороший выбор блюд,все качественное,есть и диетические блюда,и обычные. Конечно фасад и коридоры сначала ужаснули. Но учитывая цену и что туда входит полный пансион и что есть номера с отличным ремонтом-советую. Кстати,у нас был прикольный балкончик с видом на город. И до центра просто рукой подать!
