very nice rooms, extremely nice team and well maintained hotel - the best we had in central asia so far!
We extended our stay and will come back!

No more choices, unfortunately.

This is the third time we've been to this hotel. Unfortunately, we probably won't pick him next time. There was no shower door in the family room. The receptionist, who's known us since our first visit, offered us an hour at the spa as compensation, and no one else planned to do anything about it.
But, most negatively, the kitchen and service at MAYFAIR restaurant. On the first day, as soon as they arrived, we went to lunch. Laghman was re-salted. They told the waiter, he said "sorry," the second came up, I say we're hungry and that's why I'm singing it, but, he's oversalted -- same reaction, third -- also, no reaction, just "well, sorry." Because I didn't want to go out of the way, they decided to have dinner at their place, without the lagman, the food is mediocre. They never went to their place for lunch or dinner again, they went to town. There's a very unfriendly bartender on the bar, we're visiting for the third time and we're surprised that such a person works with customers. I don't want to ask you to make coffee again, I do everything with a disgruntled face and with a "don't want". But the cherry of our stay is breakfast on the day we leave. Their cook (very obsessive and not customer-oriented) came out, asked him to make an omelette for his daughter (breakfast omelette) and warned him that we had a train coming soon. Instead of leaving to cook, he resented why we needed an omelette, couldn't we pick anything ready. It's strange that people like this bartender and cook would work in a place like this and behave so freely and insensitively to customers. Where management looks, you will so gradually lose those customers who valued you for comfort and service. The hotel does not develop, and when the body does not develop, it degrades. Alas.

After four weeks travelling, to find a beautiful swimming pool was bliss. And to discover one could swim before breakfast, even better. Restaurant food was superb. I have already booked a future stay.

A bit disappointing

Hotel close to the airport but very poorly soundproofed, both between the rooms and from outside noise (traffic, planes). Small room and tiny bathroom with a very slippery shower tray. Carpet in the room. Very average breakfast and very slow service.
