Excellent accommodation option near Maiquetía

We found out about this accommodation near the airport, through an international hotel platform because it had an excellent rating, we arrived after 10:30 pm due to a delay in the arrival of our flight to Maiquetía, they coordinated the transfer for us and when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how nice, clean and comfortable that is the whole place. Comfortable beds with more than 2 pillows and cushions, spacious rooms and bathroom, impeccable air conditioning and the best, personalized attention and with breakfast included on a beautiful terrace with many trees and ventilation. We congratulate the hotel team!! It will always be our option when we need to sleep near the airport. You have to pay for the transfer from the airport to the hotel, other hotels have it for free, I would recommend offering this service.

Unprofessional Service and Unfair Policies

We had a very disappointing experience at Buena Vista Inn Posada Boutique. Due to flight delays beyond our control, we missed our scheduled flight and reached out to the hotel to adjust our booking to the next day. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to change the dates or issue a refund, despite us paying the full amount upfront. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering their proximity to the airport. We later learned from local authorities that this was not legally compliant (Ley de Protección al Consumidor y el Usuario Art.56, ley General del Turismo, INDEPABIS and SUNDDE). Overall, the lack of flexibility and poor customer service added undue stress to our trip. Not recommended.

DO NOT GO TO THIS INN

I haven't felt more insecure in my life that being in his place even though I'm Venezuelan, I only went for 10 minutes because not in millions years I would stay in this place,the area where is located is very dangerous and they don't have security not restaurant to eat. There are other options safer and better than this place. Stay away from this area.

Nice, clean and close to the airport

I loved this place and thought it was really nice and cosy. The rooms have air conditioning which you can adjust yourself and the room as well as the bathroom were clean and have a good size. The decoration in the lobby, the terrace as well as in the room are very nice. All in all the hotel is well built and looks nice. However, despite this all, I would not go back. The reason for this is because there is no restaurant and since I travel to Caracas every year for business, I find it rather inconvenient to search for a place to have breakfast before going to the meetings at the airport.
If you just stay for one night, they have pizza service and sell water and refreshments in the hotel.The planes from the nearby airport were hardly noticed, so that I slept well.
The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful.

nice for a night near the airport

We stayed there for a night when we arrived in Venezuela before we continued our travel the next day with a domestic flight.
It is a nice, small hotel near the airport, you can get there in about 10mins with a taxi, with clean and well equipped rooms and bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful, since there are no restaurants near they did order pizza for us in the evening and advised us a small nearby deli where we could have breakfast the next morning. Unfortunately the persons working when we there did not speak much english but we could get along with hands and feet. The hotel itself does not provide any kind of food service which is a pity because it has a really nice terrace with comfortable seats and a nice view to the ocean. There is an empty room which looks like it was / will be a bar or restaurant but that's it.
There is absolutely nothing in the neighborhood and there are almost no people on the street (seems to be a more upscale living area, everybody is driving with a car) so you most likely don't want to take a walk there but sit on the terrace having some drinks, watching the sun go down.
For a location so close to the airport it is surprisingly quiet, you almost can't hear the planes.
I recommend this hotel for a quiet night near CCS airport.
