Good room rate

Attractive room rate if booked online (more expensive as a walk in guest) and near a big shopping complex/supermarket (GO)... walkable distance to town, about half hour, either over the bridge, or alternatively there's a local ferry service...room is slightly dated but clean and comfortable...good AC and wifi

Hotel dirty customer service is terrible, definitely this whole hotel needs to be cleaned up

Do not go this location, customer service is terrible, air-conditioning NOT cold AT ALL, I see the animal run around the floor, I’ve been tell them three times, they come to my room and fix the AC but not cool enough, I tell them I need to check out and leave, he charged me as $100,000 Vietnamese$, I don’t do anything wrong why they chose my money ??? that’s the way Vietnamese they do business. Look the hotel the five star or three star, my first time and last I’m not gonna go back anymore for sure, that’s a good thing they’re not gonna go back anyways that’s what we keep charging, the price say different on the phone, on my way, I say next hour I’ll be there, they charge a different price, even they charged me at the checkout because somebody come to clean up the room, I’m just checking in five minutes. Theywon’t let me out. They tried to hold me but he I can’t stay there because I’m not gonna stay I don’t understand not gonna stay really do. I’m not gonna say that., they keep charged me the thousand dollars Vietnamese $ I won’t go back anyway anyway I agreed to check out the money they charge the rest they give me back on my hand. I’m walking a different hotel not gonna do it anymore for sure., does Santa tell you right now do not spend money for that hotel OK terrible customer service

Great for a few nights

Nice hotel, check in was very easy.
Room was basic but okay, beds were hard but bedding was okay.
Not a great deal to do around here, but we were exploring the Mekong Delta so just a one night stop here.
Bathroom was old but worked.
Breakfast was okay.
If you are looking for a cheep hotel whilst exploring the river this place is fine, there are a few restaurants around the hotel although not much English spoken here.

Normaly!

For us book this hotel An Tours, 3 day Mekong delta tours.
It’s was nice and normaly hotel. Rooms was clean and all stuff available.
At midnight started a local party, which was very noisy.
Breakfast was good.

Nice room, unpleasant smell to wake up to

We were pleasantly surprised with the standard of the hotel given we only paid $25 per person for a 2 day tour including this hotel, bus, boat rides etc. Rooms were nice and big with aircon and a warm shower.
However we were woken up by the strong smell of cigarette smoke which had filled the whole room. We had the windows closed so it could only be coming from the ventilation.
Later on when we were walking down to breakfast we noticed that there is actually a smoking ashtray/bin in the hallway so the smell could have been coming from here. It was enough to ruin a pleasant stay.
