Great location, best view, clean rooms

I was very pleased with this hotel. I and my family were had a good trip at beach opposite hotel.We have been going this motel for three seasons and we love it. The location is great, right in the heart of Chong Promotion Beach at a reasonable rate. The rooms are clean when you enter and are cleaned in a timely manner daily. Only few walk to the beach, and you can swim around the year. Great experience, I would definitely recommend this place.

Bed bugs, dirt and rude staff

Seriously do yourself favour and look elsewhere, its riddled with bed bugs, the place is filthy and the staff are incredibly rude. Not sure the good reviews are of the same place. I've stayed in some rat holes and this tops the lot!!!

Nice hotel - cheap price for good service!

It's was very hot day in Nha Trang in this season. I arrived hotel early after a night trip from Sai Gon at 6 am (we were not expecting so early), left our bags and took a shower when the receptionist asked us to take a walk about 20 minutes for cleaning an early check-out room.We booked a sea view room, and took a highest floor sea view room. Nha Trang sea look very nice from 6th floor, and just across the street we can swim with many people, from local and tourist. The room is old but clean, and staffs very friendly, fluent answer and introduction us by English. Next time we will stay at the hotel for long time.

Booked for 2 nights, Stayed for 6!

I don't know WHAT the last review was about, we LOVED our stay here!
The staff were incredibly friendly, our shower/bath had a curtain, and there was no leaky toilet! We booked a twin room (with no sea view) and ended up having the most Wonderful sea view! :) Beds were Super comfy! We had nice clean FREE towels that were changed every day!
We were working from our rooms so were n there most of the day, very bright and comfortable, and the staff respected our privacy while ensuring we had everything we needed.
Motorbike rental prices were very fair, and we had a bit of trouble with our bus to Hoi An leaving without us and they were right on the phone to the bus company and made them turn around and pick us up! haha
Absolutely Wonderful stay and would recommend to anybody! :)

Worst hotel EVER , Don't come

Worst hotel ever. Dirty rooms, bathrooms have no curtains, water goes everywhere! Toilet when flushed water spills everywhere and I mean leaves puddles. Worst of all they charged us for towels to clean up the water mess that there toilet made. Honestly the worst hotel experience. The staff is rude beyond belief.(they yelled and made fun of us!) Beware the they charge for parking. They made our driver share a room with another driver. They never cleaned up the other drivers towels, bed, room or anything. The price is just average not too cheap like they advertising. Don't be fooled by there pricing, it looks cheap, it's not!!!
