Outside not visible, cozy inside
Convenient location - 3 blocks market, to the beach 500m, on a square next to in the mornings gymnastics to music.
The inside is clean, the repairs are not new, the plumbing and air conditioning were not problems. Wifi works steadily
Breakfasts are hearty, except there's no porridge and for some reason fish is rarely served
Cleaning every day - not saying no
The pool is small, of course, but we drove for the sea

I do not recommend this hotel
Terrible hotel, dirt everywhere, no room cleaning at all, just changing towels. There are dirty dishes from the rooms on the floors for days. The bed doesn't change, not at all. On the 14th floor, the pool is clean, and the deck chairs are dirty, rusty ... be careful. The corridors on the floors are filthy. Breakfast isn't bad.

If you want to ruin your vacation, welcome to this hotel.
The rooms have no soundproofing — it's as if you're sleeping outside with all the noise. The window looks out onto a blank wall. Or, in some cases, the rooms don’t have windows at all (yes, that’s a thing).
The bathroom is separated by a glass partition. If you’re lucky, there might be a curtain inside for privacy. We weren’t lucky — we had only semi-transparent glass.
The carpet is stained.
Breakfast includes soy sausages and water with onions disguised as pho bo.
On the plus side: if you can’t find a place to stay, you’ll always be able to get a room here — because people only end up here by mistake.
One more funny detail: if the staff need to get cash from you, they’ll easily cancel your booking. But if you try to cancel, they suddenly "can’t do anything about it."
I’ve been traveling for 20 years — this is the worst hotel and the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Trust, but verify
For starters, the hotel is almost on edge. The hotel itself is old, there's mold on the sink. Bars don't work alone at all, the restaurant doesn't work either, only for breakfast. The refrigerator doesn't freeze and we've been told that by everyone in a way that's not clear at the time. I take it it it's not just budget, but you could say cheapest. We chose it tour operator, hoped for a knowledgeable person, and needed to check ourselves, not to trust your holiday even tour operator. Let the reviews read positive and deceived. Advice to anyone who goes on vacation Anex Guides are not the most conscientious, and especially Alexander, knowing that here do not change old dollars, hit back with them and never came to change, feeding breakfast. They also shove everything in at incredibly high prices, although the internet helps you, it's all easily found much cheaper in the public domain. They also tell everyone they have 10 summers and in honor of that the sightseeing tour is free, when in fact it's just free going. Since this tour they drive to the shops with which they have a contract, which have prices 10 times higher than the local ones, krch like this.

Everything was good. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. The bellman with blue uniforms very kindness, I just stayed outside to wait for someone under the Sun, he brought the umbrella to cover me. Very thankful! All staffs at the reception desk helped me alot since I stayed there almost 4 weeks, therefore, I felt like they are family. This is my second time stay at this hotel. I just don’t like a bit about the parking at night time, they close the garage earlier than last year, I had to call them to open every night after 9pm, he asked me why I go out too late and why I came back late….(it was 10 or 11) I know I had 2 nights I came back at 1 but this is my vacation, I like to eat out at night time. And the hotel should open 24/24 without questions ask or attitude when I came back late. It makes me feel uncomfortably . I remember I didn’t have problem last year about the garage at night time, but this year….annoyed! (Problem only with the old man at the parking) for the other two young man were very nice, they helped me with my motorcycle every time I go out.
Anyway, I like this hotel because the location and all the staffs make me feel like home except the old man at the garage 😂 He needs to change his attitude otherwise people would feel uncomfortable
