Great experience.
The first time I was here was a wonderful experience with my family. The breakfast restaurant has a beautiful view, the staff are very enthusiastic and attentive. My family room is also very clean and cool. Next time I have a chance to go to Nha Trang, my family will still choose to stay in Mung Shang Hoà.

5-Star "Luxury" Label, but Disappointing Operations, Filthy Rooms, and No Beach Access!
My family and I recently stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Khanh Hoa. As the highest tier in their brand, we expected a proper 5-star standard, but the reality fell drastically short due to poor management and services.
The Only Positive (Worth Mentioning):
The View: The room had a diagonal sea view which was airy and relatively okay. This was the only saving grace during our entire stay.
The Negatives & Operational Flaws:
Arrival & Lobby: We arrived at 4:00 PM. The lobby was incredibly hot (the AC seemed to be off) and dimly lit, giving it the eerie feel of an abandoned building. The two receptionists were friendly enough, but we never received a welcome drink. Ironically and unprofessionally, during check-out, we saw them serving welcome drinks to new guests right in front of us.
Room Cleanliness & Safety: The room carpet was an absolute nightmare—so filthy and gritty that it actually hurt to walk barefoot. It felt like housekeeping hadn't cleaned it at all. Furthermore, the hotel turns off the hallway lights at night to save electricity, making it pitch-black and quite scary to walk through.
Noise & Problem-Solving: At night, Chinese guests in the next room played extremely loud music. I had to call the reception hotline 5 to 7 times before they finally managed to resolve the issue.
Breakfast Experience: The breakfast service was highly offensive. While we were eating, the staff started clearing our table and actively rushed us to finish quickly because the restaurant was about to close.
Location Warning: For anyone booking this hotel with the goal of swimming in the sea: don't. While it is across from the ocean, the coastline here is a rocky embankment. You absolutely cannot swim here.
Conclusion: A massive disappointment across the board, from hygiene and soundproofing to basic F&B service. The management needs a serious overhaul of their operations. We will definitely not be returning.

First time in Nha Trang
For starters, the other hotels we selected did not confirm reservations, there was a refusal (all taken), and this hotel with instant confirmation and in price category was equal to hotels in the center, which with renovations and furniture from the 2000s. We decided it was best to go to the new, but we'll go to the center). For some reason we could not find relevant hotel reviews
The center was walking, minutes 20/25, or taxi, usually 30-40 dong (+- 90-120 rubles), quite acceptable.
By room: we paid in advance for a room with a sea view, we were checked in at 2508, on the 25th floor at 1:40 p.m. we were already in our room.
The hotel provides everything you need: 6 towels (2 bol, 2 smaller, 2 for face), disposable razor, comb, shower hat, cotton wand, toothbrushes. Big jars have liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, even scales! and 2 bathrobes (on interaction with other people realized that not everyone has them).
THE VIEW IS AMAZING!
Cleaning is mediocre. Tea/coffee and 2 bottles of water were given every day
Food: yes, very scarce. But you won't stay hungry. Basic fruit, meat, rice, noodles, soup
Desserts are generally unavailable (4 types of the same biscuit). The stories in other hotels are more varied. But we didn't get well during the whole vacation)))
Beach: just 2 minutes from the hotel, towels are given beach on the 5th floor - free of charge. There are no people on the beach, and that's a huge plus hotel! Mostly there were Chinese, us, and mb another 2-3 couples
In the middle of the beaches is just an anthill.
There are no sunbeds or umbrellas either, but we weren't bothered.
The sea is generally clean, warm, sandy. We liked to swim in the morning, and in the afternoon there were often waves (a little murky)
On the 5th floor there is a swimming pool and gym
We took it the hotel was aimed more at Chinese/Vietnamese, sometimes it was only Russians at breakfast)
Deposit is taken upon entry, but we surrendered 1 passport, at the end of the holiday returned without problems
At the reception, English is not known, everyone only through an interpreter and that, did not always understand (but it is a problem of the whole country). All hotel employees are friendly, no conflict/rough treatment met
We understand they don't have an iron.
The hotel is nice, no questions asked! One gorgeous sight worth it! But if we go back to Nha Trang, 100% we'll take a hotel downtown) for the first experience everything was super

Work is usually placed directly here. I booked a beautiful room. Warm, cute and fun. Every time I visit, I talk enthusiastically.

Excellent experiment.
For the first time, my family was very happy with the service here. The staff at the hotel are very happy and enthusiastic. Breakfast at the restaurant has a friend Wang asked to visit tea and coffee carefully If you return to Nha Trang my family will still choose Meng Thanh Khánh Ho to try again
