Thư giãn sau một ngày dài bên cạnh ly đồ uống yêu thích tại quầy bar/khu lounge. Có nhiều dịch vụ, tiện ích dành cho khách, bao gồm dịch vụ giặt ủi/giặt khô, quầy tiếp tân phục vụ 24 giờ/ngày và dịch vụ trông giữ/bảo quản hành lý. Với khoản phụ phí nhỏ, khách có thể sử dụng xe đưa đón sân bay; ngoài ra còn có bãi đậu xe tự phục vụ (phụ phí) trong khuôn viên. Complaint about our stay at Hotel Panorama
Everything was handled exclusively through WhatsApp before the trip – there was no proper reception or reachable contacts. Booked in Germany, at first everything seemed serious. But upon our arrival, the chaos began: We had to wait over an hour because no one knew who we were or which room we would get. At some point, someone contacted us via WhatsApp with the message that "someone will be coming soon."
After the check-in, the real disaster began.
The room was in an absolutely unacceptable condition:
* Black mold in the bathroom
* Dirty and stained towels
* Soiled bed covers
* Generally unclean surfaces
* A broken door that dragged on the floor
* A calcified showerhead
* Run-down elevators and an overall severely outdated condition of the hotel
We are really not the type of people who complain about every little thing or are overly meticulous. But the smell of mold upon entering the room and visible black mold in the bathroom are an absolute no-go. Hygiene should be a given in any hotel.
However, the worst part was the handling of complaints:
At the reception, no one could help us. The WhatsApp number was called multiple times – no response. Only after two nights in this moldy room were we allowed to switch. But in the new room, we encountered almost the same situation: more mold, dirty towels again, and once again a lack of cleanliness.
Despite everything, we did not want to let our vacation be completely ruined and thought: "It is just a place to sleep." So we at least wanted to use the advertised pool. Surprise: The pool costs an extra fee daily. The free pool in the lower area was completely overcrowded – like a can of sardines – and additionally in poor condition. Some tiles were already sticking out of the floor.
We also tried to obtain at least an upgrade or a discount due to the hygienic conditions and significant deficiencies. Completely ignored. No one felt responsible or interested.
Especially noteworthy: We spoke with several other guests – including in the evening at the coffee bar – and nearly all reported similar experiences. Other vacationers, who were accommodated further away from the beach in newer hotels, also told us how satisfied they are there. Yes, maybe it takes five minutes longer to walk to the beach, but you have clean rooms and a modern standard.
Of course, we documented all deficiencies:
* Photos and videos
* Chat histories
* Call logs
* Condition of the rooms
For us, this hotel was a massive disappointment and by far the worst accommodation we have experienced so far.
Nha Trang offers many significantly better hotels for the same or even lower price. Save yourselves trouble, disgust, and stress – and definitely book elsewhere.

Uncared for apartment & complex - DO NOT BOOK
The room on the first night was dirty & had no balcony which I had purchased- I tried to contact Booking.com about this but I was forced by their app to send the message to the service provider- I’ve received no response on this.
I moved on the second day to the next apartment - it had a sea view & balcony but had some issues:
- The tv could not be used as the remote batteries were flat- my hotel contact suggested that the solution was to manually switch the tv off & on - I told him to replace the batteries which was done & it worked.
- The day after the remote was fixed , the tv showed a message saying the internet connection was not working - this was fixed but no communication was sent.
- The safety box did not work & never was fixed even though it was reported.
- The apartment was scruffy e.g. cracked flooring & badly finished e.g. cable running along the floor,water stains on the ceiling & a rusty washing machine.
Other general complex points:
- Inadequate Lifts - it can take up to 20 minutes at peak time to get to the ground floor. Some of the lift button lights on the ground floor do not work. No signage to tell you which floor you’re on & no light on apartment floors to indicate which lift is opening.
- Smell of lobby - it smells of sewerage!
- Pools: the small pool is just for children & very badly designed (no area to dry off). The roof top pool costs 200,000 dong (8 USD) per visit which is exorbitant - the view from the location is good but the area is badly maintained - dirty glass at the pool.
- General maintenance & cleanliness of the building is poor - dirty windows even where easily accessed- at the lobby.
Conclusion: these apartments & complex are badly maintained & cared for - it’s a terrible pity as the location is ideal & the rest of Nga Trang (& Vietnam ) is wonderful.
I would strongly suggest you DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

Only complaint is we wish could stay longer!
Well Star Panorama deserves this type of rating.
Rooms really they are apartments are spacious with big balconies with stunning views as they have such a great location in the city centre and on the beach front.
Excellent guest amenities inc coffee tea making facilities, safe, hair dryer, slippers, toiletries, mini fridge and a small kitchen.
Great wifi, cable, air con and much much more are supplied and a gym and pool as well on the 6th floor.
The beds are brilliant and are extra king with quality linen.
Jenny met us even though our train from Danang was delayed till the early hours of the morning. Now thats service.
So its a 10. Any less would be an injustice. My only complaint oh i wish we could have stayed longer.
