Wonderful hotel to see Nha Trang
Such a great place for vacation in Vietnam! Before I knew brand TUI from cruises (I had a cruise with TUI 2023 m) and didn’t think they have so many hotels around the world.
Hotel has a great location: just a few steps away from the beach. Guests can use complimentary bicycles in case you are ready to drive in overcrowded by bikes Nha Trang but it’s a great option early morning. There is ‘Habanos Specialist’ shop for Cigar lovers in the building. I don’t smoke but store still looked impressive even for me :)
We stayed at ‘Grand Deluxe Club Room Ocean View’ with balcony and fully furnished kitchenette to cook for comfortable staycation. As Club Room guests we had a beautiful ocean view, earlier check-in and room on the 29th floor.
Buffet breakfast at ‘The Restaurant’ on the 30th floor offers mix of local Vietnamese and international dishes and panoramic views of the city and Nha Trang Bay. There are 2 big rooms for breakfast for everyone will find a spot to eat.
Here you can make your own pizza. And honestly I’ve never done it before so it was so interesting and delicious activity. But Chef can teach how to make your pizza more delicious even if you are pro in cooking. After you can eat your pizza.
Sea lovers will enjoy private beach area with comfortable sun-beds, crystal clear warm sea and fresh air. Each guest can use sun-beds on the beach for maximum 3h daily. So if you couldn’t get a sun-bed, you can visit the beach later.
Guests can enjoy afternoon tea selection with impressive presentation at hotel daily from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the ‘Xanh Ciao Restaurant’. We chose even tasty freshly squeezed juice as a drink.
Hotel offers diverse amenities, suitable for all ages: gym, swimming pool & children's playground on the same flour. There are complimentary yoga classes (you can check schedule on reception). We visited one of them. Just be ready teacher almost don’t speak English but we still enjoyed it because the level of workout was with a good level :)
Hotel offers ‘Wellness Tour Retreat' with comfortable transfer from Nha Trang to Tuy Hoa at with stunning scenery. We really enjoyed it! One more TUI hotel is really amazing and far away from crowds of Nha Trang.

Wonderful place to stay in Nha Trang!
TUI Blue is a wonderful place to stay in Nha Trang! The location is excellent, with the beach, shopping centers, and plenty of restaurants - all within easy walking distance. The staff at reception were always friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful views. The hotel also has a clean swimming pool with a children's playroom and a restaurant and bar where you can order food and drinks.
The only disadvantage was the elevators, which were often crowded and required some waiting during busy hours. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel! The spacious room was very pleasing, and it had absolutely everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Cleaning was done daily.
I especially want to mention the staff: the guys are very polite, friendly, and always ready to help with any question. The level of service and maintenance is decent. There is Russian-speaking staff, which is very convenient.
A good restaurant on the 30th floor - the breakfasts there were with a stunning view and a sufficient selection of dishes.
The hotel is big, cozy, and I will definitely come back here again! I recommend this to everyone looking for a worthy place in Vietnam. Thanks Tramgro, Anya, Uyen, Su❤

I liked it.
In Vietnam for the first time. The hotel loved it. Breakfast for 4, dinners for 5 (we took half board). Not quite lucky with the room (1004), the view of the city is not very (not liked). On the balcony there is a small door, having opened it found out where the constant hum is going (there are external units of air conditioning), so at night the balcony door for ventilation cannot be opened. In the morning, or rather at 5am (every day) the noise of the bell rings (so much fun, waking up every day at 5am and falling asleep again). The staff are very friendly.
The beach is a total disaster, there are never any places, if even you only find them in the hot sun, we bought places ($6). The sea in the first three days was cool for us at this time of year (26-27), but swimming is possible. After the sea warmed up (I was reluctant to leave).
In general, the experience of visiting Vietnam and this hotel is good. I recommend

Что касается замечаний, хотели бы пояснить, что утренний звон в 5:00 является сигналом местной радиостанции и не относится к работе отеля. Мы понимаем, что этот звук мог доставить Вам неудобства и нарушить утренний отдых.
Что касается небольшого технического отверстия на балконе, оно предназначено для доступа технического персонала к внешним блокам кондиционеров при необходимости проведения проверки или технического обслуживания. Мы рекомендуем гостям не открывать его самостоятельно, чтобы избежать дополнительного шума и обеспечить комфорт во время проживания.
Относительно пляжа хотели бы отметить, что в соответствии с местными правилами отелю разрешено устанавливать не более 30 шезлонгов. Мы полностью понимаем желание наших гостей иметь больше мест на пляже и сами были бы рады предоставить их больше, однако в настоящее время мы обязаны соблюдать установленные требования.

Violation of consumer rights
I want to point out at the outset that the hotel has been a great disappointment in restricting my rights. I couldn't bring my drinks to the pool without paying 300,000. It's the first time I've seen this, the time I've been traveling. I paid for the hotel in full, for the full accommodation.... explain to me no one could on what grounds I cannot drink my drink in the pool, which I have fully paid for staying in!!! These rules are completely illegal and restrict my freedom, such standards of service are not acceptable in any hotel.

Хотели бы уточнить, что в целях обеспечения санитарных норм, безопасности и комфорта всех гостей приносить еду и напитки извне на территорию бассейна и в ресторан не разрешается. Данное правило распространяется на всех гостей и особенно важно в случае употребления алкогольных напитков в зоне бассейна, где безопасность является одним из наших главных приоритетов.
При этом в зоне бассейна отеля работает служба Food & Beverage, где гости могут заказать различные блюда и напитки и наслаждаться ими во время отдыха у бассейна. Наша команда всегда готова предоставить информацию о доступном меню и вариантах обслуживания.
Мы понимаем, что данное правило могло не соответствовать Вашим ожиданиям, однако оно установлено для поддержания чистой, безопасной и комфортной атмосферы для всех гостей.
