I had a great stay at this condotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making the overall experience very enjoyable. The only minor drawback was that the property can get quite crowded during peak hours. Despite that, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay.

When I first came into the hotel, I was very shocked because of the noise and poor check in system. I need wait more than 1 hour. I signed the document with room 31th floor but when I get the card key it was 20th floor. I was very disappointed of their trick and lies. They didnt give my any information about the hotel.
It was so dirty and the room smells awful.
There was something strange in the salad at the breakfast restaurant.
The restaurant at 5th floor, it was so noisy.
In front of my room door, there were water drops.
The staffs at lobby especially bell boys were kind but the check in counter staffs were very unpleased.
It was so hard to take the elevators and I need to wait too much.
Some of the local guests cut in line when I was waiting the elevator. This hotel didn't manage them at all.
I will never visit this hotel again and I can't have good memories about "Vin pearl" hotels.
The only great thing was the location. That's all.

Buffet drink glass too small and too many people .. plus need picture taken for each guest.. entry buffet.
Also need picture taken for purchase tickets to vin pearl ..
and their computer system error so often ..
Cost a lot of problem and delay ..
they give you only 1 key per room..
NO POWER , NO AIR CONDITION if Either one of you went out with a key..
As Weather SO HOT In Nha Trang .
I will never stay at this hotel again ..
it’s too much for me go thru all these..

A hotel where guests' comfort is saved
Holidayed with family in this hotel from 20.07.2026. I report systematic deficiencies in room service and hotel infrastructure:
Cleaning is not done properly: dust is present, mirrors and glass are not wiped, cleaning under beds is not done, the sink, bath and toilet are not sanitized enough.
The room has an oven but no cooking/heating dishes.
The refrigerator operates at a minimum capacity, which does not ensure proper storage of products.
Air conditioners are difficult to adjust, it is impossible to set a comfortable temperature.
Towels are issued one per guest with no choice of size.
Floors are cleaned poorly.
Breakfasts are uniform and of poor quality.
The gymnasium infrastructure is limited; there is a restriction on children under 16 attending even if accompanied by adults.

The fridge does not work and outlets.are a.problem. the property is nice but a capital infusion on details would be helpful.
