Amazing!!!

So comfortable and so clean central to everything and I will definitely visit again and stay here . House keeping was so kind friendly and hard working . The wash facilities was amazing and you are able to do clothes washing here too which is handy ! Definitely recommend

Ok if you're tired and just arrived in the UK

Rooms was clean but tiny, neighbors next door were toothless, disguisting men who insulted my girlfriend.
That's not St. Albans fault but reason enough for not coming back.
You can hear a train nearby, be careful if you can't stand noises during the night.
A parking space was available right at the front door, Dover center was just a few minutes by foot away (it's not worth it, kind of a rotten place with a lot of homeless people).

Excellent value for money

Room small but equipped with everything we need. Table, fridge, fan, TV in the room, double glazing. Outdoor kitchen with filtered water.

You get what you pay for

If you're looking simply for a place to rest you're head this does the job, close to the train station and cosy for what it is. The room was clean and had tea and coffee making facilities which for £45 is good! The door key and locker system felt safe and secure and having the option to store you're luggage before check in is ideal, although the option of an early checking would be nice.
Noise clearly doesn't travel well in this building though because the sound of flowing water from the other rooms was very loud and woke me up a couple of times, same with noise from other guests, the walls are pretty thin. There was also no hand soap for the sink.
I certainly wouldn't let these things put you off visiting though because for the price this is about as good as you will get.

Lovely Place to stay in Dover.

we enjoyed our stay immensely!
Loved the door system, so convenient, our room was clean and comfortable, was compact but had absolutely everything we needed. The view of the back garden was nice.
Conveniently situated (1 minute, up the steps) for Dover Priory train station, 5-10minute walk to town centre.
Would use again and have no hesitation in recommending this guest house.
