Fabulous
This was our second time in this hotel and the experience was fantastic. All staff we spoke to especially Kamil at check-in in were amazing. We received a free upgrade which was very nice aswell. This hotel is becoming our "go-to" every time we stay in Glasgow. We didnt have breakfast this time so cant comment on the food. Hotel itself is very clean and I would 100% recommend staying here

Always a great stay
Second stay here, staff were fab, allowed us early check in due to activities ongoing in the city centre on the day (heavy crowds and lots of overspill from the bars). We were given a leaflet on how to get to and from our concert safely which was above and beyond.
The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and comfortable. Perfect for a stop over or for professional use (meetings etc). With the location being central to the city, just a short walk from the train station.
Breakfast was excellent, brilliant selection. Room was clean and spacious and temperature was adjustable. Will stay again.
Value does vary dependent on if there is a demand in the city at the time but the quality is always high here!

Best hotel breakfast!!
Stayed in an executive room for 3 nights. Top floor. Yes there is some noise from the railway, we didn't mind that at all though. Take earplugs if you want.
The pillows weren't to my liking but that's personal.
But the rest was great. The executive lounge is worth the extra money for your drinks and snacks.
Breaking was absolutely fantastic. Loads of choice, omelette station too and nothing swimming in grease. We were welcomed every morning by a lovely man.
We found the whole place clean and all staff polite and pleasant. Bar staff were very lovely.
Not in the best part of town but handy for everything and once you're inside you wouldn't know.
Definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel and location
Stayed for 2 nights. Room was to a high standard and spotless. Staff were very helpful and seemed happy which is rare these days. Great location in the city. Breakfast was superb. Always hot and with a good selection. The only thing I could fault was the fruit juices (as others have said) which were very diluted squash. Real fruit juices for all it costs would have given this 5 stars.
