The Music in the resturant was too loud to eat in the resturant it self, the food was average bar food but there was plenty, the Staff was not so experienced but very friendly.
At breakfast the staff was not efficiant enough to clear tables were people already had left the tables, this meant that we were surrounded by tables with used plates, cups, cutlery and left overs, again I would say this was due to unexperinced staff or lack of management

Nice hotel, nice room. The staff is fine. Very good sauna, steam room ,jacuzzi and swimming pool.
4 stars hotel with no coffee machine on the room?

Great location. Lovely room. Fantastic facilities in pool and gym. Plenty of parking. Great price which included breakfast.

Lovely hotel great gym with all new equipment, food ordering at the bar was useless ordered a drink & meal from the table QR code, meal came 20mins later no drink!!!! Shouldn’t the drink come first, either the system doesn’t work so get rid of it or the staff don’t care, this happened twice could leave the table to order as the first time I did it lost my table as I travelled alone, the bar service let the place down.

Overall our stay was good , although let down by a couple of issues . Surprised that when returning from our concert around 11.20pm , the bar had been closed and could only get a drink by queuing at reception . The fact there was a lot of returning guests after the concert meant there was a bit of a wait. Seemed like a strange decision on a Friday night , after a big concert . Especially as I’d just stayed the on the previous Sunday for another concert and Bar was open. Also heard from some of the guests about whether food would be available , which they were told it would be … there wasn’t , therefore Uber eats was doing the food. Also a bit disappointed that in morning went for a shower , only to find … no hot water available . Reported to reception on check out. Overall I like the Village Hotel . Would like to add that the night porters where excellent and worked hard to get everyone drinks… not their fault .
