To be downgraded

Of 4 stars there is only the writing, spartan room and no fridge left 2 bottles of water on the table, dirty walls.

Hotel not to be recommended

Hotel to forget, air conditioning failed , poor and low quality breakfast.
The terrible dinner, with little choice, slow and inexperienced Service. After our complaints appeared the owner, but little changed. Only positive note, clean environment.

Four "shooting" stars

Large structure, but dated and neglected. Large rooms, but no air conditioning. "Sudden failure." With the windows open the traffic noise is very annoying.
Breakfast that to define"miserable" would be a compliment. Only hot drinks from obsolete machines and very little and poor choice sweet savory.
In the morning, at about 6.45 am, we are woken by the sound of hammers and flexible workers at work on the hotel construction site. No one had warned us of the problem at the booking.
Personal, everything, uncooperative and empathetic.
Expenditure absolutely not justified by the (bad) quality of Service.

Negative experience

An awkward experience. Inconvenient location in a poorly maintained sports complex, even home to a courier depot. Modern building but architecturally not pleasant. Unregulated air conditioning so as to request its closure. Breakfast of very mediocre quality, not to say bad. Even though we asked for a morning alarm, they forgot.
