Highly recommended
Great location on one of the main streets of Cagliari, 2 minutes on foot from the Bastione di San Remy, very kind staff, found water and a kettle in the room, good breakfast.

Modern accommodation near the city center
Positive: 100m from train and bus station. Near the center. Fresh, clean and modern rooms. Nice host. Very easy to communicate with both before and during your stay. Good people may store their luggage on the day of departure before departure. Negative: Responsive in the hallway. The area feels a bit unsafe in the evening with children, as it always is around stations. Overall: Can absolutely recommend the accommodation.

Comfortable room in the city center
Very convenient to the center, structure with few rooms; good accommodation, no reception but with breakfast service in the morning. Well organized room, improveable arrangement of towels in the bathroom.

"Luxury" in name only
Do not be fooled by the name: there is no trace of "Luxury" in this structure. It is located in almost dilapidated buildings and the rooms are not in good condition, with painting to be redone, bathrooms with showers without doors that make everything difficult to use.
The hygiene situation is difficult: dirty sheets and presence of cockroaches in the room. Faced with this havoc I asked for the change of room and I obviously declined breakfast, but the owner's response was unacceptable. In addition to denying the evidence by saying that it was "the first time" he had heard such things, he had the nerve to also demand payment for the uneaten breakfast.
No discount for the very serious inconvenience and a total lack of professionalism.
An embarrassing experience that I do not recommend to anyone.

Leggo questa recensione con estremo sospetto, infatti tutte le nostre recensioni sui canali principali, expedia, booking.com, lo stesso triadvisor ci premiano in pulizia e cortesia.
Una principale lavanderia industriale ci fornisce lenzuola riga raso impeccabili, le camere sono pulite in maniera quasi maniacale dal nostro personale ed effettuiamo un riassetto giornaliero di ciascuna camera proprio per averle sempre perfette.
Capisce bene che mi suonano veramente strane queste affermazioni.
La cosa più strana e improbabile è appunto la questione della prima colazione, per il semplice motivo che al momento della prenotazione un ospite sceglie se includerla o meno nel suo soggiorno e la salda in anticipo con la prenotazione stessa, non viene scelta in struttura quindi non ha senso la richiesta di denaro, se era stata pagata in anticipo, e qualora l'ospite scegliesse di non farla è un suo diritto ma l'ha già pagata comunque.
Quindi le cose sono due, o la persona che ovviamente non si firma sta confondendo con un'altra struttura o vi è il semplice desiderio di screditare delle persone che lavorano seriamente e che a fronte di un eventuale problema come quello esposto dal cliente avrebbero regalato senza batter ciglio la notte all'ospite senza assolutamente fare storie, tutto nella vita lavorativa può capitare.
Ad ogni modo, penso che fose dovuta un breve risposta anche se preferisco lasciar parlare le tantissime recensioni per noi.

Very close to all that old town Cagliari has to offer. Easily within walking distances. Were originally concerned about check-in, but found the directions and explanations to be perfect, and all went well. Breakfast was quite good. Room was clean. Andrea was very responsive by Whatsapp and email. It all went smoothly. One problem...not easily directly accessible by taxi, and some walking is involved to get to the room once out of the taxi, but it is not far...part of this caused by confusion of the drivers as to where you can be let off to enter the BB, or picked up, because it is along a pedestrian-only road. Staff was delightful. I would certainly stay here again. Great value for the money.
