Very comfortable stay

We stayed at this guest house in the center of Civitanova Marche for one night only and we loved it.
The structure is furnished in a modern style and attention to detail. The room was spacious and the bed, with topper, really very comfortable. The soundproofing was also good, which guaranteed a peaceful rest.
The bathroom is nicely finished, with a large shower and pleasant play of light. Overall, a comfortable and comfortable solution in the center. Recommended.

Awe and lively comfort

Excellent solution

I state that my review is related to the Deluxe room, on the first floor, the only one with a balcony overlooking Via Pola.
The room is very nice, I would say design, spacious and with all amenities.
Excellent fixtures that, in fact, isolate the room from outside noise, including the church bells that ring for an absurd time at 7:30 in the morning.
The only flaws, in my opinion, are the lack of drawers, apart from a small one under the safe and the fact that the shower, very spacious, is not separate from the rest of the bathroom and is on the same level, and this means that water often passes to the other side.
Also there is no elevator, so to take into account for those with walking problems.
The location is great, in one of the streets of the center close to all the main attractions, so if you stay in Civitanova, there is no need to use the car.
Parking is not included, but is always on weekdays in the street, which is very narrow, and in the neighboring streets.
Excellent cleaning of the rooms, thanks to a very special lady.
Also excellent conventions: the pastry shop where you have breakfast is really nice and stocked, with Table Service.
Even the affiliated establishment is the best on the seafront, the one where all the best events are held, and is not too expensive, considering the level.
Ultimately an excellent accommodation solution in Civitanova, at least with reference to the aforementioned room.

Great choice

The access automatisms work perfectly, very pleasant environment and very comfortable room, excellent lights, spaces, the quality of the bed (mattress and pillows), excellent TV, the bathroom is very nice (there is an access step, be careful) excellent shower, well heated, not at all functional the sink (round and small) the design must not counteract the functionality, a small shelf is insufficient you would need at least one more. Missing slippers in the room. They offer water in the fridge. The elevator is missing and this is an inconvenience even though they are only two floors. Breakfast in a well-stocked bakery, friendly and cooperative staff, in case of crowding wait (little) with minimal patience because the staff knows how to extricate themselves. I think it is a great added value to have automatic access rather than having to deal with sometimes uncooperative and active staff perhaps only for inexperience but also for inadequacy.

Highly recommended

Modern and cutting-edge structure. We had a great rest thanks to the very comfortable mattress and choice of pillows. Everything is very clean and well-stocked with kit, even the bathroom. Cuddle your tablet with the choice of relaxing music! A highly recommended stop that we will certainly do again to split the long journey from Lombardy to Puglia. We still have to try the spa!!
