Cleanliness and Mr. Paolo top marks
We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, from 24 to 27 April 2024. It is located in Floridia about 12 km from Syracuse center but convenient. As soon as we arrived, Mr. Paolo welcomed us and politely (like this for all 3 days), gave us the keys and accompanied us to the room. The hotel is located on the 1st floor of a building but if you don't have any kind of problem it doesn't matter because it is accessible by lift and also for disabled people. The presence of the staff is only in the morning and at the time of your arrival (we arrived at 4.30pm) and for this reason Mr. Paolo gave us the relevant explanations for the simple behaviors with the various keys to access everything but in case of need you can call and Mr. Paolo or his son will come immediately. The room is very large and equipped with everything, fridge (with 2 bottles of water), air conditioning, TV, safe in the wardrobe and new bathroom with everything you need. EVERYTHING VERY CLEAN. Our rating is 4 only because the breakfast is not savory, the rooms are not soundproofed and it does not have its own parking but on the street. Instead, let's give 10 out of 10 to Mr. Paolo and everything else. Every day he asked us what flavor we wanted the croissant and in the morning he brought it from the pastry shop as we had asked. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets and shops. Parking is recommended. We have been fine.

A pleasant stay
This is a clean tidy hotel with comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful and accommodated all our wishes , even providing a drying rack without being asked .WE appreciated the attentions of Paola whom the owner described as 'his star'.. The Hotel is situated on the forest floor of an apartment building close to Syracuse , and has two supermarkets within close walking distance. Air conditioning was a big plus and the lack of any English TV channels did not worry us. The breakfast is included and I am sure for the majority of European and American guest the lack of anything that was not laden with sugar would not be a problem , but for kiwis like us the lack of a savoury option was a little hard to cope with -even unsweetened yoghurt would have been nice. Overall though a pleasant experience with extremely nice and helpful people

Excellent accomodation, clean and friendly
Getting there by mistake, because we have booked a wrong hotel, has turned out to be a great stop! They tried to help us and eventually accomodated us very comfortably even if they were fully booked for two rooms.
Given a room to accomodates on a very immediate booking , clean, comfortable, and friendly service! Breakfast was very satisfying ... Overall stay very good, very satisfying and very value for money!! Paul gatt & Joseph agius from Malta

Nice, clean and friendly hotel!
My family and I spent a week at Hotel Vittorio Emanuele in April while we were in Floridia visiting family and were very happy with everything at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very simple - just the first floor of an apartment building and a lobby and breakfast room, but it was perfect for our trip. Franco and the staff really went out of their way to meet our every need. It was a great stay!!!

Simple, nice, comfortable
Simple but nice hotel on the 1st floor of a big apartment building.
Rooms have everything you need and are very clean.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
10 minutes by car to Siracusa city.
5 minutes to highway.
Hotel offers B&B (little buffet) only.
