Beautiful stay
We were hesitant due to the highly negative reviews we had read, but I have to say that we had a great time. The room was actually a large and very comfortable apartment, hot water in the bathroom (and it's not like all inns I assure you). The location was in the center of the "Gothic line" itinerary that we had set ourselves. The only flaw the misunderstanding between what I had booked (half board) and what they made me pay (overnight stay) which led to "nice embarrassments" however everything was clarified. Excellent and plentiful food. Very quiet area, having avoided Saturday evenings, which they seem to do every now and then

Psycho Anxiety
We arrived around 8:00. Probably a bad time for the restaurant below where the manager is the same person who gives the rooms... as soon as I arrived I waited about ten minutes before someone listened to me, Welcoming from a checkpoint (documents!), the host offended for a half joke wanted to send us away. I was ready to call the Carabinieri, then because of the baby I didn't want to make a fuss. Clean room, but 80s. There is no hot water, which I believe in 2024 it is not possible to pay 75 euros per night and not have this essential Service. For the first time I felt in Psycho, in the motel arrival scene.

Non chiamatela locanda del Sole
A Montese , essendo l unico hotel in loco( c è un agriturismo carino ma era completo) , ho preso per parenti e amici delle camere.. Struttura buiacon pessime luci, mobilia spartana e TV anni 80 e non funzionanti. Avrebbe bisogno di una completa ristrutturazione. Pur essendoci il ristorante non danno né la colazione compresa nella camera né la possibilità di mezza pensione. Nonostante avessi prenotato e pagato con booking, non gli risultava e mi hanno creato imbarazzo con i miei ospiti. Ho ricevuto anche lamentele da altri amici sia per gli "strani" conti del ristorante non trasparenti e senza ricevute sia per la mancanza di mascherine del personale( solo una dipendente la indossava) e di dispenser per gel per mani anti covid 19. Concludendo non chiamatela locanda del sole

Esperienza terribile
Sono solito fare recensioni solo se positive. In questo caso però penso sia necessario. Stanza abbastanza polverosa, essendo allergico ho starnutito praticamente tutta notte. Dalle 23 iniziano a tremare i vetri, sotto il locale vi è la discoteca di cui non eravamo stati informati. Una notte prevista di riposo in montagna si è trasformata in un incubo. La musica alta, schiamazzi e urla andati avanti sino alle 4 quindi non abbiamo chiuso occhio. Non ripeterò sicuramente.

Nooo lascia perdere
Stanze fatiscenti e vecchie. Mi sono trovato i vestiti di un altro nell armadio e non c'è manutenzione. La TV non andava ed anche se avevamo chiesto a qualcuno che passava non ci hanno saputo aiutare. Acqua calda solo 5 minuti, cuscini distrutti e la porta nemmeno si chiudeva bene. Mi è dispiaciuto molto portare la mia famiglia qui perchè pensavo di passare un weekend tranquillo invece abbiamo faticato a dormire. Il pranzo era buono. La pizza che abbiamo preso la sera ci ha inchiodato in bagno a tutti anche ai nostri amici che erano con noi. Non c'è ascensore per portare sù le valige. Non mi aspettavo chissà cosa volevo solo stare tranquillo.
Ah quasi dimenticavo. In camera era presente un letto a castello che se provavi a sederti si smontata. Muffa nei muri...mha..
