Good stay in San Vito Di Cadore
Stayed for three nights )ust before the middle of June. San Vito di Cadore is a small town about 7km away from Cortina Di Ampesso. It was much smaller than Cortina and it seemed to be very early in the season as most restaurants were not yet open and some hotels still closed. This gave the town a nice quiet feel but did restrict eating options unless you wanted to drive to Cortina.
I provide this background as the Fiori does not have a restaurant but does recommend a few in town. As a result we found the options available a bit restrictive but this has nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel is based on the Main Street ( as much of the town is) so trucks, buses and cars (and. Motorbikes) go past frequently. Soundproofing is good so no drama until you open a window to let the cold air in, then it is a bit noisier.
We had a good stay in Fiori in a room on the 4th floor where the ceiling dips down in the corners. It does have a good elevator so no panic! Being both tall the low ceiling did require some care moving about the room! Being in the roof it was a hot room and I think the airconditioning system had not been turned on by the hotel. An electric fan was provided though. The doonas are quite thick so this only added to the heat, which for us detracted from our stay a little.
As many have said, the breakfasts and afternoon snacks at the hotel are a highlight due to the on-site bakery, and the service is also very good. The separate lounge or bar areas were also very nice relaxing spots after a day of hiking. Parking was free but was split across two locations (but no drama). Our bathroom was on the small side but manageable although not a lot of counter space for hairdryers etc if that is something you need.
All in all a good stay at Fiori.

Fantastic great hotel in a cosy small town
Our stay was above all expectations. The hotel was great facilities with fantastic breakfast, private bakery and "Gelateria". The room was beautifully renovated, with balcony and delicate bath - everything was shiny clean. Very nice helpful staff. Very nice to get homemade biscuits at check out :)

Wonderful Stay!
The FIORI Dolomites Experience Hotel truly impressed us with its cleanliness and attention to detail. Everything in the hotel felt spotless and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the afternoon snacks—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, though we wished there was a bit more information provided about the local area and attractions. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would happily return!

Authentic Dolomite Hotel
Only spent one night at the FIORI Dolomites Experience Hotel as we were passing through the Dolomites, but we enjoyed our stay. Natural wood is used throughout the hotel which fits this hotel in Italian Alps. Our room was very comfortable and included a walk-out deck with a spectacular view of the mountains. Keep in mind that rooms do not have air conditioning, since the temperatures are normally quite comfortable.

Wonderful stay in the Dolomites
We really loved this beautiful hotel in the Dolomites. The atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious and afternoon snacks are such a nice touch after a day on the snow. The hotel is very conveniently located for skiing in the nearby Cortina d'Ampezzo (20 minutes by car) - in my opinion, the best skiing area in the world. And the landscape of snow-covered peaks is just breathtaking!
