A little disappointed
Very beautiful entrance and building. The breakfast is varied and the room is very pleasant with background music.
The cleaning ladies are very pleasant as well as the maintenance staff.
The solarium is adjacent to the jacuzzi and the "sport corner," a glassed-in space with a bike, a treadmill, weights, and resistance bands. The equipment is of good quality.
A few downsides:
-the outdoor pool is a jacuzzi
-little information at the front desk. The staff directs you straight to a QR code.
-The Spa is also a jacuzzi with a steam room and a sauna. You can save the 30 euros.
Depending on the room, the bathroom is cramped, functional, but there is no soap dish.
The insulation is minimal and you can hear other guests moving around in their rooms.
Prefer booking via an app, because the standard price is too high in season.

Excellent stay
Staff all trained and very kind, clean environment, abundant breakfast.
A big round of applause to Chef Pino for his cooking.
Externally, a mini pool with a lounge chair area and an adjacent small gym have been added.
Wonderful sea view.
I will definitely return.

An overall pleasant stay.

= very disappointing
=The location was horrible with the steep climb to the hotel. The shuttle should be free and not cost the guest €8 every time.
+The atmosphere was very nice, tranquil, friendly.
+Our room was good, enough space for 3 guests.
=The fridge is ridiculously small. We had no use for its contents, but there was no place at all for us to put our own beverages in it to cool them.
-The doors of the closets are a nuisance, sliding doors would work better.
++We were so happy with the amount of clothes hangers.
~A couple more hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels would have been practical.
~Can't say anything about the value, don't know what we paid.
+Our room was clean, so was the restaurant, and the other accessible places in the hotel.
+The bathroom at the conference rooms is so beautiful!
+We did not experience loud or anoying noise during our stay.
++The serving staff in the restaurant was friendly and helpful.
+The breakfast buffet suited me well.
-The one morning we had to leave earlier the breakfast set-up was not fully ready.
+ I enjoyed being able to make a small pot of tea, not just a cup.
=There need to be a solution for the coffee situation at breakfast: the coffee machine takes too long to brew, the line in front of it grows very long. I choose to have tea over coffee because of this every morning.
++We really appreciated the extra duvets for the beds.
-There was only one cup for hot beverages in the room that we shared, there should have been 3. (But silly us forgot to ask for 2 more.)
