Stay at the Azzurra hotel.

Our stay at the Azzurra hotel was positive. The staff was super friendly and kind, and the food was excellent. We thank them for welcoming us and for giving us a wonderful vacation.

Holiday from 10 and praise!

Wonderful experience, we immediately felt at home, with the Welcoming of Federica! Super attentive and kind, he welcomed our every request with a unique sympathy and sweetness. The hotel is spotless, the restaurant guys very good, polite and professional. The food is really good, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

suitable for large families

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel and we would like to sincerely thank all the staff, especially the kitchen, which was outstanding in preparing meals suitable for a person with celiac disease and a child.
Every dish was tasty, safe and thought out with care – not obvious attention that we really enjoyed.
But the biggest thank you goes to Melissa, the waitress who followed us with a rare professionalism and kindness. Always present, smiling, attentive to every detail and helpful, she managed to make us feel at home. He welcomed all our requests with patience and care, always finding a solution and making us feel welcomed, as well as excellent waitress is a special person.
The only flaw are the room and the structure a bit 'dated, but it certainly took a back seat.
We recommend this property with enthusiasm, especially to those seeking attention, humanity and impeccable Service. We will definitely be back!

Great experience!

Holiday with my daughter. Simple hotel, a bit dated, but with great cuisine and the beach within walking distance. A big thank you to all the staff, from the ladies at the reception to the girls and boy in the room, to the cleaning lady, all friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Terrible. Never again

Terrible. The worst thing is the Service personnel, who are absolutely not qualified to be with the public. A continuous sleaze between waiting staff and reception staff constantly talking behind the backs of unsuspecting customers. Be wary of the false smiles of the ladies who work at the reception during the day. We would fly over the cramped rooms and all to be redone as on the lack of wifi. However, it is unforgivable to select such incompetent, mean and rude staff, and gather them in one hotel. You save the cleaning lady, a real gem who deserves another place. Highly discouraged to anyone who wants to be treated with the respect they deserve.

Ci dispiace leggere la sua recensione e constatare che la sua esperienza non sia stata stata all’altezza delle sue aspettative.
Ci teniamo a precisare, con il massimo rispetto e trasparenza verso chi legge, che il servizio di pensione completa era riservato esclusivamente all'ospite che lo aveva regolarmente acquistato, ovvero suo padre, che ha sempre mostrato gentilezza e rispetto verso il nostro staff.
Diverso, purtroppo, è stato il suo comportamento: si é più VOLTE SERVITA AL BUFFET, pur NON AVENDO DIRITTO ai pasti, chiedendo anche contenitori per asporto al personale di sala, generando una situazione delicata che abbiamo cercato di gestire con discrezione e rispetto.
Ha rivolto inoltre richieste insistenti di prodotti extra per il bagno mettendo in difficoltà le nostre governanti , che comunque hanno sempre cercato di mantenere cortesia e disponibilità.
Siamo sempre disponibili al dialogo e ci dispiace dover rispondere pubblicamente, ma ci sembra giusto tutelare il lavoro onesto e rispettoso del nostro team, che ogni giorno si impegna per accogliere al meglio i nostri ospiti.
