Great apartment and balcony, and a great location in the city.

Absolute nightmare of a place to stay. We booked with a baby and there was an option for a crib, instead of this we got a fold out bed.
We was on the 5th floor and the loft was broken so had to carry a pram and baby up the stairs and back down.
It was filthy and smelly.
The room above was having a party and singing until late evening. There was people shouting throughout the hotel and singing all night. Glass bottles being thrown down the concrete stairs. People banging on the bedroom door at 1.30am asking for a phone charger.
This hotel is ok if you are on a stag do. But for the cost you can get much more value for money.

Disappointing
The apartment is conveniently located, about fifteen minutes walk from the old town, which is pleasant. However, the area is very busy, the apartment is adjacent to a parking garage and the look of the hotel feels uninviting.
The condition of the hotel is very outdated and there is clearly overdue maintenance. It was also not hygienic: the apartment and the toilet were dirty, there was a bad smell and the beds were bad. There was also a lot of noise in the corridors and from installations such as fans, which disrupted the night's sleep considerably.
Communication was exclusively via chat and the staff responded briefly, without greeting or explanation. Often the answer was with only one or two words, which felt totally unhospitable. In addition, the login codes we received did not work, so we had to contact us by phone to get in.
For one night we paid 250 euros per room, while the facilities are reminiscent at most of an outdated youth hostel. The value for money is therefore very poor in our experience. With ten people we came to the same conclusion: this is definitely not recommended, especially at this price.

the room was in an okay position. having the used laundry stacked on the reception area when you enter the hotel property does not look good - the reception area needs to be updated and made more bright.

Terrible pillows, balcony is shared, noisy, window broken. They do not change the towels.
