Bad stay

The hotel is well located, close to everything but the accommodation is very unpleasant.
In the photos, the room appears to be simple, but organized, with quality and cleanliness, which in reality is very different.
There is a general bad smell from the second floor, the smell literally of a public bathroom, of urine, in the room it is unbearable, we had to buy good air to be able to tolerate it.
Tiny room, there is a difference between simple bedding and worn-out bedding, ours looked like it had come from a shelter, the old towel was almost torn.
They don't specify that there are three floors and that there is no elevator. A point of attention. We were a family, we had small children and elderly people and we stayed on the third floor, which was complicated. This needs to be explained at the time of booking.
For the price I expected something simple but not messy. By way of comparison, the day before staying at Kennedy I stayed in a simple guesthouse in Penha that cost 160 reais, without great amenities but an impeccable room, tidy, clean, pleasant smell and leaving Kennedy I stayed in a hotel in Curitiba for 230 It looked more like a 5 star room. So, when I compare the daily rate at Kennedy slim, it is extremely expensive for what they offer, it should be a daily rate of 100 reais for what they offer.
Unfortunately, it was a frustrating stay.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e prestativos, e nos ajudaram rapidamente a trocar de quarto quando percebemos que o primeiro era extremamente pequeno. E realmente os quartos são muito apertados, a ponto de quase não haver espaço para circulação, tornando o ambiente pouco funcional. O segundo quarto era um pouco maior e melhor, mas ainda assim deixou a desejar.
O prédio é muito antigo e, mesmo passando por reforma, continua com aspecto velho, inclusive com sinais de infiltração nas paredes. Há também bastante barulho durante o dia por conta de uma obra ao lado. O colchão era apenas razoável e aparentava ser antigo. As toalhas eram brancas e aparentemente limpas, mas frequentemente vinham com cabelos grudados. O banheiro tinha um cheiro desagradável constante, apesar da limpeza visível. O frigobar também aparentava não receber limpeza frequente. Outro ponto negativo é que o hotel não possui elevador.
Café da manhã é servido no restaurante do grupo que na parte de baixo do hotel. Que é bem bonito (restaurante) e era bom. Porém não possui grandes varied
Fora que entendo do horário do check-in e check-out, não achei que o hotel estava tão lotado a ponto de não nos darem alg tempo antes de entrada ou depois, acabamos que no último dia que daria para ir à praia não foi possível, pois já tínhamos aonde tomar banho depois.
Na minha opinião, serve apenas para estadias muito curtas, de uma ou duas noites, mas não recomendaria para uma estadia longa como a que fizemos.

Mola solta do colchão. Seria bom trocarem a cortina, pois estava bem suja.
Pontos positivos: localização e café da manhã.
