Best Western Snowflake left us smiling

Friendly, comfortable, great customer service!
We were visiting friends in nearby Taylor and this Best Western seemed the best option for our stay. From the outside the hotel is clay colored and a wide open parking lot. Don't be fooled by its less than vibrant exterior. The inside is colorful, well appointed, bright, and cheery. Our second-floor king room was coxy and quiet. Great bath towels are always important and ours were wonderful. The workout area has great equipment and I made use of this both days. They have an indoor pool but didn't take the plunge. We had breakfast one morning and it was more than adequate. I opted for two different kinds of yogurt and my husband had his usual English muffin with peanut butter and honey. Orange juice and hot coffee, thank you very much!
The most important thing is that the staff we encountered - Linda, Michelle, Neda - were all so welcoming and helpful in everyway. Linda, who was managing the breakfast room the day we ate, made sure that all surfaces were spotless.
The hotel was conveniently located to Taylor and Showlow and two-night stay was reasonably priced. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean, friendly staff, Small and quiet! Great little breakfast! Would stay again if back in snowflake or show low worth the drive

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the best western to be able to swim with our grandkids and the pool has been closed. They keep telling us its the heater, but in over a year it hasnt been resovled

The property was good, the problem was the "upgraded" room. I picked it because it said deluxe (not because it advertised a hot tub). What the pictures didn't show was that the tub is in the main room. Really strange to have the tub next to the bed. Other problem was the tub caused a sink in the room... to much moisture. I suspect the regular room would have been a lot better. Breakfast was good.

The pool and hot tub were both out of order. This was one of the big draws to this property, since we were traveling with children. The breakfast was good and the dining area was very clean and inviting. Our room was a standard motel room, but the attention to cleanliness by housekeeping was less than desirable.
