The human quality of Isidro, the receptionist, is immense. You found my wallet on the outside, and you returned it to me.

I can't talk any better. I lost my wallet and found it outside Isidro, the person who attends reception.
There remain morally noble and dignified people, such as ISIDRO, whose example is worth trusting in the human being. Hugely grateful!!!!

A lot of things have to change because nothing is saved but the staff

Excellent for 1 night

We hesitated to stop at the hotel RIO CABIA, because we were divided between negative reviews and others that were not necessarily negative but just to stop 1 night. We stopped to make our own opinion. We arrived around 10:30 p.m. Finally, the hotel is nice, it is clean, but outdated indeed, so for 1 night it's okay. the hotel has a terrace, very good. There is ample parking. The gentleman who Welcoming usli is very kind, a perfect welcome. On the other hand, I confirm the negative opinions of the lady who serves in the cafeteria, she is very cold, no ounce of kindness, it is a shame. Fortunately, the breakfast in the cafeteria was more pleasant because it is a young girl who served us and with a smile So, finally for 1 night, it is very good. Véronique

Nice but unsafe

No fire or emergency exit
All doors to outside locked at night.
No 24hr reception
No answer when calling the phone number on the keycard.
If fire breaks out this hotel is a death trap

I never repeat again

I made a reservation with little time and we were given a triple room , I understand that because it was last minute increased the price (crazy 130), and once there , I am given a room like a julo smelling damp and without breathing anywhere, a skylight window through which it is terrible cold and frankly was only clean on the day of its installation, better sleep in the car I assure you, it was scary and unclean, the bathroom if .. they change rooms to ask me strongly that I could not sleep in a julo like that for the price paid and part does not correspond with the reservation, (in the air I leave the intention of said act) once in the new room not much better but less claustrophobic .. I show it with photos...fatal experience the truth
