Very good stay!

Very nice little hotel (5 rooms) along a river, very quiet. The owner speaks French very well and is very friendly and gives good advice! Close to the lively areas of the city (on foot)
Nice room, very clean.
Address to remember.

Nice and peaceful

We have been to Riverside Homestay Hue for 1 night, time to visit the Citadel and the Pagoda along the Perfume River, on a boat trip. My family has enjoyed the Homestay pretty much: kind people, very helpful, in a brand new building with very comfortable and extremely clean rooms. Good breakfast and close to the Citadel; they were also ready to set up bikes for us, which could have been really a great opportunity with lower temperatures. We'll return here for our next trip to Hue, which is really a fascinating place.

Cozy, beautiful, convenient place

It was an accidental find, while searching for budget hotel. But it was more than what we were looking for. And definitely more than we paid for. Really pleased with ...
Location : very near to Citadel
Rooms : cozy, absolutely clean and tastefully decorated
Service : they offered free guidance, map snd cycle
People : owners were very warm and helpful. Just like most Vietnamese people we met.
Breakfast : good mix of western and local food. They prepared vegetarian food specially for us
They have a nice kitchen, beautiful dining area in small garden and an ornate reception.
And cherry on top was Cherry herself, owners 2 year old girl, who gave us Christmas present. It was a real delight to play with her.
Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Fabulous homestay, amazing hospitality, great location, new & free to use mountain bikes...

Fabulous newly built homestay. Viet Ann, his wife & 3 year old daughter were very helpful & welcoming hosts; sister An is an environmental scientist with good English & they have a garden growing organic vegetables. Located in the walled outer part of the citadel, 10minute walk to the inner citadel, away from standard tourist area ($6 taxi) on the river amongst local homes & businesses. Brand new & free mountain bikes available for use. Comfortable room, good a/c & a fan, great shower, good pressure & temp- with a glass between it & toilet & even had a bathmat... One morning my husband was not eating as he had a headache from a sore neck & An bought us some special oil to apply which helped a lot. Also we asked them to print our train tickets, but the file was not compatible with their computer- we were not worried as we had them electronically, but An contacted agent & had them resent & printed for us- so very helpful & considerate. Thanks, we would definitely stay here again & will recommend to our friends.

Best homestay around the citadel area

This homestay looks new inside and out. Well furnished rooms! Very clean. An and her family made me feel welcomed and showed concern by treating a minor injury i had before i checked in. Always offering help when i seem needed. In the morning I was served with a very tasty beef pho too! Choose this homestay when you visit the Ancient city of Hue. Thank you An for the warm hospitality! Chris
